BELITUNG, PERKARANEWS – Gubernur Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel), Hidayat Arsani, melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Pulau Belitung untuk menghadiri kegiatan Collaborative Destination Development (CDD) yang akan digelar di Sheraton Belitung Resort, Rabu (4/6/2025).
Setibanya di Bandara Haji Ahmad Sanusi (HAS) Hanandjoeddin, Gubernur Hidayat disambut dengan prosesi penyambutan oleh Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Belitung, Djoni Alamsyah Hidayat dan Syamsir. Rombongan langsung bergerak menuju Kantor Bupati Belitung.
Dalam kunjungan perdananya ke Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Belitung tersebut, Gubernur Hidayat Arsani berdiskusi bersama Bupati, Wakil Bupati, para pejabat, serta kepala perangkat daerah. Pertemuan itu berlangsung hangat dan sarat semangat kolaborasi demi memajukan Bangka Belitung, khususnya sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Belitung.
“Kolaborasi ini harus kompak. Kita bahas serius bagaimana pariwisata Belitung ke depan, terlebih dengan status Bandara H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin sebagai bandara internasional. Infrastruktur dasar seperti toilet harus diperbaiki, harga tiket internasional harus terjangkau, dan keterlibatan semua pihak termasuk masyarakat,” tegas Gubernur dalam arahannya.
Gubernur juga menyatakan dukungan penuh terhadap kepemimpinan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Belitung. Ia menegaskan akan bekerja keras bersama seluruh kepala daerah se-Bangka Belitung untuk menghidupkan kembali geliat pariwisata di Belitung agar mampu menyambut wisatawan internasional secara optimal.
“Kita harus siap. Dari aspek SDM, pelayanan, makanan, hingga fasilitas kesehatan, semua harus dipersiapkan. Ini bukan sekadar wacana, tapi akan kita buktikan bersama. Kita juga prioritaskan untuk memperbaiki akses jalan menuju destinasi wisata dan fasilitas publik lainnya,” ujar Gubernur.
Gubernur juga menekankan pentingnya pelayanan yang prima kepada wisatawan. Ia mendorong agar tersedianya layanan transportasi gratis dari bandara ke hotel, penyambutan oleh petugas-petugas terlatih, hingga peningkatan kebersihan dan kenyamanan destinasi.
“Turis datang karena dua hal – makanan dan kebersihan. Ini akan menjadi tanggung jawab kita bersama,” tambahnya.
Mengakhiri kunjungannya, Gubernur Hidayat Arsani menginstruksikan kepada seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan pemangku kepentingan di Kabupaten Belitung untuk memberikan dukungan penuh kepada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati dalam membangun Kabupaten Belitung yang lebih maju dan berdaya saing global.
