Kasus Narkoba Rutan Salemba: Satu Terdakwa TBC, Sidang Ammar Zoni Digelar Terpisah

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS.COM — Majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat menetapkan bahwa enam terdakwa dalam kasus peredaran narkoba di Rutan Salemba, termasuk artis Ammar Zoni bersama lima terdakwa Asep, Ardian Prasetyo, Andi Mualim, Ade Candra Maulana, dan Muhammad Rivaldi, akan menjalani sidang secara terpisah. Keputusan tersebut diambil karena salah satu terdakwa, Ade Chandra Maulana, diketahui sedang menderita penyakit tuberkulosis (TBC).

 

Keputusan itu disampaikan dalam sidang lanjutan yang digelar di PN Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta, Kamis (11/12/2025). Dalam persidangan, hakim ketua menjelaskan adanya persetujuan dari Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan tertanggal 9 Desember 2025 mengenai pemindahan keenam terdakwa dari Lapas Nusakambangan ke Lapas Narkoba Jakarta demi kelancaran proses hukum.

Hakim menyebut bahwa para terdakwa diminta untuk dihadirkan secara langsung (offline) oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU). Namun, terdapat pengecualian bagi terdakwa keempat, Ade Chandra Maulana, yang harus mengikuti sidang secara online karena kondisi medisnya.

 

“Menimbang bahwa untuk mengadili perkara tersebut oleh karena Terdakwa IV dinyatakan menderita penyakit TBC yang merupakan penyakit menular, maka untuk lancarnya jalan persidangan dan memutus rantai penularan penyakit, majelis hakim perlu menetapkan persidangan untuk Terdakwa IV akan dilaksanakan secara elektronik,” ujar hakim ketua dalam persidangan.

 

Devita Damayana, SH, Penasehat hukum terdakwa Asep, Ardian Prasetyo, Andi Mualim, Ade Candra Maulana, dan Muhammad Rivaldi,  memberikan keterangan usai persidangan. Ia menjelaskan bahwa pada sidang berikutnya, yang dijadwalkan pada 18 Desember 2025, majelis hakim akan menghadirkan lima terdakwa secara offline, sementara satu terdakwa tidak dapat hadir karena kondisi kesehatan yang tidak memungkinkan.

 

Devita menegaskan bahwa Ade Chandra Maulana tidak dapat dibawa ke ruang persidangan karena sedang menjalani perawatan medis berdasarkan keterangan resmi dari rumah sakit.

 

“Ade Chandra Maulana itu tidak bisa dihadirkan karena saat ini sedang sakit, itu sudah dibuktikan dengan bukti medis dari rumah sakit,” ujar Devita.

 

Devita juga menjelaskan, karena alasan kesehatan serta jarak penahanan yang berada di Nusakambangan, majelis hakim memutuskan sidang untuk Ade Chandra Maulana dilakukan secara online. Devita menyebut bahwa perjalanan dari Nusakambangan ke Jakarta berpotensi memperburuk kondisi terdakwa.

 

“Melihat pertimbangan perjalanan dari Nusakambangan ke Jakarta, takutnya terjadi apa-apa, karena sedang sakit,” jelasnya.

 

Sementara itu, lima terdakwa lain, yaitu Asep, Ben, Andi Mualim, Muhammad Rivaldi, dan Muhammad Amar Akbar , dipastikan akan hadir langsung di ruang sidang pada persidangan mendatang.

 

“Untuk sidang minggu depan itu nanti akan dihadirkan para terdakwa kecuali terdakwa Ade Chandra Maulana, jadi hanya lima terdakwa yang akan dihadirkan secara offline,” pungkas Devita. (AR)
