PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS- Aldy Putranto, SH selaku kuasa hukum Bersanding mengecam pernyataan Ranto, seorang akademisi Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB), terkait kehadiran Rizaldy sebagai saksi dalam persidangan di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). Aldy menilai pernyataan Ranto tidak pantas diucapkan oleh seorang yang berpendidikan, tendensius, dan terkesan mendekati fitnah.
“Kami dalam menghadirkan saksi tentu berdasarkan peristiwa yang ia ketahui, ia dengar, dan ia alami sendiri,” tegas Aldy.
Dalam perkara ini, Rizaldy memberikan keterangan di bawah sumpah di MK bahwa ia mengetahui praktik money politic yang dilakukan oleh Paslon nomor 2. Rizaldy mengaku diminta oleh Paslon 2 untuk membagi-bagikan uang kepada masyarakat, sehingga tim kuasa hukum Paslon nomor 1 merasa perlu menghadirkan Rizaldy ke persidangan.
Aldy juga menanggapi pernyataan Ranto terkait masa lalu Rizaldy yang merupakan narapidana narkoba. Menurut Aldy, hal tersebut tidak ada kaitannya dengan perkara yang sedang disidangkan.
“Sangat memalukan sebagai insan terpelajar, lebih tertarik mengomentari tentang aib masa lalu seseorang, bukan mengupas tentang jalannya persidangan sesuai dengan keilmuan yang dimilikinya,” sindir Aldy.
Rizaldy sendiri telah menjalani hukuman selama 4 tahun dan sudah belajar dari kesalahan masa lalunya. Aldy menyayangkan sikap Ranto yang masih mengungkit masa lalu Rizaldy, padahal ia ingin mengungkap praktik money politic pada Pilkada Bangka Barat beberapa waktu lalu.
“Begini analoginya, apakah orang yang dulu terlibat LGBT setelah dihukum masih melakukan perbuatan tercela tersebut, tentu tidak bukan?” ujar Aldy.
Terkait pernyataan Ranto yang menyarankan agar Mahkamah Konstitusi melaksanakan tes urin sebelum seseorang menjadi saksi, Aldy menilai Ranto seolah-olah menggiring opini bahwa Rizaldy menggunakan narkoba saat menjadi saksi di MK.
“Tidak baiklah bagi dunia politik kita kalau sekelas akademisi sudah mengomentari hal-hal yang tidak substantif yang menjurus pada fitnah,” kritik Aldy.
Aldy juga membantah pernyataan Ranto yang menyebut kesaksian Rizaldy tidak sesuai dengan petitum. Menurut Aldy, Ranto hanya membaca petitum tanpa membaca posita.
“Baca juga dong positanya, di mana tim kuasa hukum mendalilkan bahwa dugaan money politic yang dilakukan Paslon nomor 2 mengakibatkan kehilangan suara pada TPS-TPS yang diajukan Pemungutan Suara Ulang,” jelas Aldy.
Atas penggiringan opini yang menjurus pada fitnah yang dilakukan Ranto terhadap saksi yang mereka hadirkan di persidangan, Aldy akan berkoordinasi dengan tim kuasa hukum lainnya untuk mengirimkan surat protes kepada Rektorat UBB. Mereka berharap agar ke depannya tidak ada lagi akademisi yang mengeluarkan pernyataan yang tidak mendidik.
Sementara itu, Septian dari Tim Staf Bidang Akademik UBB menyampaikan terima kasih atas informasi yang disampaikan dan akan mengkomunikasikannya kepada pimpinan dosen yang bersangkutan.
