PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Dalam upaya meningkatkan penilaian terhadap Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) dan Reformasi Birokrasi (RB), Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang menggelar rapat koordinasi dan konsolidasi di Ruang Pertemuan OR Kantor Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Selasa (24/12/2024).
Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Pj Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Budi Utama, dan dihadiri oleh Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra, seluruh pejabat tinggi pratama, hingga camat se-Kota Pangkalpinang.
“Ini evaluasi dari hasil kita bagi rapor kemarin. Baik itu nilai RB dan nilai SAKIP dengan ombudsman. RB 2023 kita paling bawah, urutan tujuh tingkat kota/kubupaten kalau gabungan provinsi kita delapan. Terus yang SAKIP nya juga demikian. Kemarin kita ranking enam tingkat kota/kubupaten tapi kalau gabung provinsi kita ranking tujuh. Jadi tentunya ini adalah gambaran kita sekarang, ” ujarnya.
Budi mengungkapkan bahwa pemerintah kota harus bergerak cepat untuk menentukan strategi dan langkah konkrit dalam peningkatan kinerja SAKIP dan RB.
Ia juga menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi dan koordinasi antar OPD untuk saling bekerja sama meningkatkan pelayanan dan memajukan Pangkalpinang ke depan.
“Karena ya dari pantauan, jujur saja kurang lebih 5 bulan ini memang kita belum maksimal satu sama lain. Mungkin masih ada ego OPD gitu, terus kerjanya masing-masing.Ya, walaupun ada beberapa yang sudah bekerja sama, ”
Di tahun 2025, Budi menargetkan penilaian SAKIP dan RB dapat meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya. Oleh karenanya, ia mengajak seluruh OPD untuk melakukan pembenahan dan menyusun langkah sehingga perolehan penilaian akan semakin baik ke depan.
“Yang jelas belajar yang pintar, berguru, dan pandai itu yang harus kita canangkan supaya Pangkalpinang ini memang minimal 2025 kita nomor 2 lah minimal. Saya rasa kita mampu, karena saya pernah berpengalaman di bawah gitu kan, ” tukasnya. (Yuko)
