Gebyar PKL III mengusung tema: PKL Sejahtera, Indonesia Maju, dilaksanakan dalam rangka memperingati HUT RI ke 79 tahun.
Dalam laporan kegiatan, Ketua Panitia (Organizing Committee), Februli alias Ruli, menyampaikan apresiasi sebesar besarnya kepada Pj Walikota Pangkalpinang yang telah berkenan hadir dan berbagi tips dan trik menjadi Pedagang Berdaya.
