BANGKA,PERKARANEWS- Kegiatan Penambangan Timah ilegal di kawasan Pemandian Umum Air Pon Desa Gunung Muda Belinyu hingga detik ini masih berlangsung. Sabtu,(21/12)
Para Penambang liar yang beraktifitas tidak memperdulikan lingkungan sekitar, selain berada Pemandian Umum Air Pon juga sangat dekat dengan pemukiman warga hanya berjarak kurang lebih 50 meter.
Saat dikonfirmasi oleh awak media bahwa penambang liar di tempat Pemandian Umum ini telah terjadi di Tahun 2021 dan berakhir dengan dokumen kesepakatan bersama RT06 Dusun Air Pon dengan hasil Seluruh aktifitas tambang Timah harus dihentikan, jika Penambang melanggar perjanjian tersebut maka Penambang bersedia di proses secara hukum. Namun Penambang liar ini terjadi kembali di bulan November 2024 hingga detik ini.
“Ini menjadi pertanyaan besar, kenapa tidak ada penindakan sama sekali dari pihak pemerintah desa dan Polsek kecamatan belinyu?, atau memang mau dihancurkan ya Pemandian Umum ini dan juga Rumah Kami”. Ungkap salah satu warga sebut saja Ninik.
Hal senada disampaikan oleh warga setempat mengatakan ahwa Penambangan ilegal itu merusak area Pemandian Umum.
“Pemandian umum air pon ini tidak bisa kami gunakan lagi, air menjadi keruh tidak bisa digunakan untuk mandi dan air minum, serta menimbulkan bau yang tidak sedap, salah satu warga,” jelas warga ke awak media
Berdasarkan data dilapangan para penambang liar tidak memiliki izin tambang dan tidak memiliki surat kepemilikan tanah di sekitar Pemandian Umum tersebut.
“Kuat dugaan Oknum Penambang di tahun 2024 ini diduga masih ada kongkalingkong dengan oknum Penambang di tahun 2021 yang telah menandatangani dokumen kesepakatan bersama,”tegasnya.(Yuko)
