Dua Pencuri Spesialis Tempat Proyek Diringkus Tim Jatanras Polda Babel, Begini Modusnya

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Tim 1 Opsnal Subdit 3 Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Kepulauan Bangka Belitung berhasil meringkus dua pemuda pelaku pencurian dengan pemberatan (curat) asal Kota Pangkalpinang, Rabu (6/3/2024).

Kedua pelaku yang berhasil diringkus yakni berinisial HE alias Heri (28) dan SE alias Sendi (23).

Kasubbid Penmas Bid Humas Polda Bangka Belitung, AKBP M. Iqbal Surbakti mengatakan kedua pelaku diringkus saat berada di Kelurahan Parit Lalang, Kecamatan Rangkui, Kota Pangkalpinang.

Selain itu, dikatakan Iqbal, salah satu pelaku He alias Heri merupakan seorang resedivis kasus penggelapan tahun 2020.

“Mereka ditangkap setelah tim memancing para pelaku dengan mengaku ingin membeli barang hasil curian melalui media sosial. Setelah bertemu, pelaku langsung diringkus tanpa perlawanan,” kata Iqbal, Sabtu (16/3/2024) siang.

Iqbal juga menerangkan, modus para pelaku ini melakukan pencurian barang-barang ditempat proyek atau perumahan yang sedang proses pembangunan.

Para pelaku ini, lanjut Iqbal, sengaja mencari rumah yang dalam keadaan sedang di bangun dan masuk dengan cara mencongkel pintu rumah menggunakan pahat.

“Setelah berhasil masuk kedalam rumah, mereka mengambil peralatan yang ada di dalam rumah termasuk mengambil kabel instalasi yang sudang terpasang dengan cara merusak kabel,” terang Iqbal.

Lebih lanjut, diungkapkan Iqbal, para pelaku sudah melakukan aksi pencuriannya di beberapa lokasi yang berada di Kota Pangkalpinang dan Kabupaten Bangka.

“Untuk para pelaku berikut barang bukti hasil pencurian saat ini sudah diamankan di Polda guna proses penyidikan lebih lanjut,” ujar Iqbal.
