PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Mengungkapkan misteri Mou Gubernur Babel dan PT Narina Keisha Imani tentang pemanfaatan 1500 Hektar lahan di Desa Kota Waringin, Kabupaten Bangka untuk perkebunan pisang. Ternyata hanya akal-akalan saja untuk mendapatkan hak pengelolaan lahan tersebut.
Erzaldi Rosman Djohan yang didampingi oleh kuasa hukumnya membenarkan semua data-data yang telah dirinya tanda tangani pada tahun 2018 lalu saat menjabat sebagai Gubernur Babel.
“Ini permasalahan izin pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan hutan tahun 2018 atas nama PT Narina Kheisa Imani di Desa Kota Waringin seluas 1500 Hektar,” ungkapnya, Kamis (28/3/2024).
Mantan Gubernur Babel Erzaldi Rosman Djohan saat ditemui di kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung mengungkapkan izin yang dikeluarkan oleh dirinya tentang pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan hutan oleh perusahaan tersebut bukan untuk perkebunan sawit.
“Kalau dak salah dulu izinnya perkebunan pisang dengan luas 1500 hektar, kalau adanya alih fungsi ku dak tau (Saya tidak tahu,red),” tegasnya kepada awak media.
Awak media pun mencoba mengklarifikasi penyataan mantan Gubernur Babel Erzaldi kepada pihak PT NKI. Dalam klarifikasi oleh Direktur PT NKI mengungkapkan beberapa data-data yang menyatakan perusahan miliknya itu sah sebagai pengelola lahan di Desa Kota Waringin tersebut.
“Kami tidak punya kontrak apapun dengan Pemda yang menyangkut-nyangkut nama pak Gubernur, karena memang yang saya tahu peraturan sesuai dengan peraturannya untuk izin kerjasama dalam spesifikasi UMKM ya cukup Gubernur,” jelas Ari Setioko melalui sambungan telponnya.
Direktur PT NKI menegaskan karena ada perubahan akta notaris yang sekarang dirinya sebagai direkturnya. Memang benar dulunya Reza Aditama salah satu direktur di PT NKI, tapi sekarang sudah dirubah, tadi perubahan tahun 2019.
“Sebenarnya Reza Aditama adalah adik saya. Pada tahun 2019 ada perubahan akta notaris, Reza sudah tidak lagi menjadi direktur di PT NKI,” ujar Ari yang juga mantan anggota Polri tersebut.
Ari Setioko juga menyebutkan sempat menanam pohon pisang dilahan tersebut seluas belasan hektar, walaupun sempat menikmati hasil dari perkebunan pisang tersebut. Setelah melakukan kajian di Lampung ternyata hasilnya tidak memuaskan.
“Sempat ditaman pohon pisang 17 hektar lebih. Berdasarkan hasil analisi dan kajian yang kami lakukan di Lampung ternyata pisang tersebut tidak memuaskan makanya perkebunan pisang tersebut belum bisa dimanfaatkan dilahan tersebut,” sebutnya.
Direktur PT NKI juga menegaskan saat ini mereka sudah melakukan kajian dan memberikan bantuan modal karena memang lahan tidur daripada tidak produktif diajak lah masyarakat untuk mengelolanya.
“Kita memberikan modal 20 juta dan ajak masyarakat bersama masyarakat untuk masyarakat yang mengelola lahan tersebut. Disepakatilah masyarakat mengelola satu hektar satu kartu keluarga dan sudah terkumpul data seribu lebih KK, saat ini sudah ada puluhan kepala keluarga yang diberikankan bantuan tersebut,” urainya.
Ari Setioko juga menegaskan bahwa PT NKI adalah perusahan yang sah mengelola 1500 hektar di Desa Kota Waringin tapi yang menjadi permasalahan saat ini adalah diterbitkannya sertifikan dari Badan Pertahanan Kabupaten Bangka kepada dua perusahan yang menjadi konflik saat ini karena masyarakat tidak mau berkerjasaman dengan perusahan perkebun sawit tersebut.
“Jadi bang yang menjadi permasalahan ini dua perusahan tersebut bukan kami, kalau untuk data-data sudah kita serahkan ke pihak Kejaksaan dan kita yakin masyarakat sangat mendukung kita,” tutupnya. (Yuko)
