PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Nama Deddy Dwitiya Putra mungkin tak asing lagi didunia olahraga Otomotif di Bangka Belitung. Ia adalah sosok pembalap yang berasal dari salah satu Tim bernama Pakpol Racing Tim.
Namun siapa sangka, Pembalap yang akrab disapa Deddy ini ternyata adalah seorang Perwira Menengah (Pamen) Polri yang berdinas di Polda Bangka Belitung.
Baru-baru ini, AKBP Deddy yang merupakan Kasubdit Bin Tibsos Dit Binmas Polda Bangka Belitung ini sukses menyabet Juara dalam ajang Kejuaran Babel Road Race Open, Minggu (26/11/2023) kemarin.
“Alhamdulillah, kemarin berhasil menjadi Juara III dalam Kelas Ex Raider Standart Pabrik 40 Tahun,” kata Pembalap yang memiliki Nomor Motor 86 ini, Selasa (28/11/2023) pagi.
Polisi kelahiran Jakarta Barat 11 Desember 1981 ini menceritakan, kecintaan terhadap dunia otomotif khususnya roda dua sudah digelutinya sejak di bangku sekolah.
Beberapa kejuaraan balap motor sudah sering diikutinya hingga Ia menjadi anggota Polri aktif saat ini.
“Kalau hobi Balapan motor ini dari jaman sekolah tahun 1996 hingga sampai saat ini masih sering ikut di Kejurda dimana tempat saya bertugas,” ceritanya.
Tak sampai disitu, kecintaannya terhadap dunia otomotif ini sampai membuat dirinya dapat mewujudkan mimpinya untuk memiliki Tim Balap Motor sendiri.
“Cita-cita saya dari dulu punya Tim (balap) sendiri. Dan alhamdulillah kesampaian juga di Babel ini punya Tim dengan nama Pakpol Racing Tim,” kata Alumni AKPOL 2004 ini.
Pakpol Racing Tim sendiri, kata Deddy, langsung diawaki dirinya bersama dengan Suporting tim lain diantaranya yakni Pitstop TPZ dan Dika Painting.
Para pembalap pun, lanjut Deddy juga diisi oleh sebagian personel Polri aktif yang menggeluti hobi yang sama di dunia otomotif.
“Alhamdulillah sebagian besar pembalap juga anggota aktif, juga di tambah beberapa pembalap sipil untuk memperkuat tim,” lanjutnya.
Mantan Kasubdit Regident Dit Lantas Polda Bangka Belitung ini berharap Provinsi Bangka Belitung memiliki Sirkuit Balapan Road Race permanen kedepannya.
Sehingga, anak muda di Bangka Belitung yang menggeluti hobi didunia otomotif seperti Road Race ini bisa menyalurkan hobinya ditempat ajang yang resmi.
“Pesan saya kepada anak-anak muda Babel, salurkan hobi kalian ditempatnya, jangan menyalurkan hobi di tempat yang dilarang. Selalu belajar dari pengalaman, ingat joki tidak sepenuhnya mendapatkan podium tetapi keselamatan yang utama. Selalu bersyukur dan tetap semangat,” harapnya.
Sementara itu, selain aktif sebagai Pembalap, Perwira Melati Dua Polri ini diketahui juga aktif dibeberapa komunitas motor yang ada di Bangka Belitung.
Diantaranya Komunitas Trabas Babel (motor trail) dan Komunitas RX King Bangka Belitung.
“Ada beberapa komunitas motor yang saya ikut gabung. Selain memperbanyak silaturahmi dan pertemanan, kita juga bisa menggalang mereka untuk collyng system dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di jalan khususnya untuk selalu tertib berlalu lintas dan tertib sosial diruang umum,” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
