TANJUNG NIUR,PERKARANEWS -Sebanyak 90 orang masyarakat Desa Tanjung Niur hadir dalam penyampaian Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 08 Tahun 2018
Kegiatan penyebarluasan Perda ini di laksanakan di kediaman Ibu Ho Warga Desa Tanjung Niur dalam pertemuan tersebut di hadiri Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Masyarakat, Tokoh Pemuda, Aparat Desa Tanjung Niur dan Ibu-ibu yang berada di sekitar kediaman Ibu Ho.
Penyebarluasan Perda merupakan rangkaian tugas dan fungsi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD). Sebagai fungsi legislasi DPRD, masyarakat harus mengetahui aturan yang sudah dibuat oleh DPRD dan di sahkan melalui Gubernur.
Heryawandi yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Plt. Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Kep. Bangka Belitung menyampaikan pentingnya Perda Kerusakan Lingkungan untuk disampaikan kepada masyarakat penambang dan nelayan.
“Pentingnya Perda Kerusakan Lingkungan ini disampaikan kepada kawan-kawan nelayan dan penambang timah yang ada di Desa Tanjung Niur ini sebagai bentuk perwujudan kepedulian pemerintah terhadap kelestarian ekosistem alam,” ujar Heryawandi dalam penyampaian Perda.
Selain Perda Nomor 08 Tahun 2018, Heryawandi juga menyampaikan Perda Nomor 05 Tahun 2015 Tentang Penanggulangan Penyalahgunaan Narkoba.
Heryawandi menyampaikan tentang bahaya narkoba terhadap generasi muda dan cara efektif untuk memberantas peredaran narkoba.
“Bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan tanggung jawab kita bersama, masyarakat dituntut berperan aktif untuk menanggulangi peredaran narkoba ini, seluruh lapisan masyarakat, orang tua, pemuda, anak-anak harus berperan dalam memerangi narkoba ini,” Ujar Heryawandi di depan peserta sosialisasi Perda.
