Saat dihubungi Seketaris DinsosPMD Provinsi Kepualauan Bangka belitung Rusli mengatakan dinamika penyelenggaraan sebuah organisasi merupakan keniscayaan yang pasti ada. Tidak luput dengan Dinas Sosial dan PMD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, setelah kami konfirmasi bahwa kondisi OPD tersebut aman terkendali.

“Permasalahan internal yang terjadi merupakan luapan hati beberapa pegawai yang muncul dibulan Mei 2022, merasa tidak bisa menyesuaikan terhadap kepemimpinan Bapak Budi Utama,S. STP., M.Si, selaku kepala Dinas Sosial dan PMD adalah bukan mosi tidak percaya tetapi adalah pernyataan sikap agar mengurangi speed dan volume kinerja, karena untuk mengimbangi sebagian pegawai yang tidak semuanya siap untuk mengikuti sped dan volume kerja beliau,”ungkapnya

Selanjutnya Rusli menjelaskan semuanya telah dibicarakan dan diselesaikan secara musyawarah di Tanggal 30 Mei 2022 untuk perbaikan pelaksanaan kegiatan administrasi yang lebih baik dan surat pernyataan sikap tersebut sudah dimusnahkan (tidak ada cofy/foto) dan sepakat untuk melakukan penataan serta perbaikan diri .”tegasnya kepada awak media

Seketeris Dinsos PMD Babel juga mengatakan dirinya dan 16 ASN lainya sudah bisa berkerja seperti biasanya dan kinerja baik dapat dinilai dari hasil yang kami dapat dan terima dengan nilai raport kinerja tahun 2021 dapat nilai 8 dari sekian OPD
