JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Persidangan kasus suap hakim dalam vonis bebas Gregorius Ronald Tannur yang menyeret 3 terdakwa, yaitu mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung (MA) Zarof Ricar, pengacara Lisa Rachmat dan Meyrizka Widjaja, terus berlanjut hingga saat ini yaitu dengan agenda “Replik” dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU). Persidangan digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (11/6/2025).
JPU secara bergantian membacakan jawaban dari pledoi para terdakwa. JPU meminta majelis hakim menolak seluruh nota pembelaan (pledoi) yang disampaikan tiga terdakwa dan dari PH terdakwa. JPU menganggap perbuatan ketiga terdakwa telah mencederai lembaga peradilan.
“Penuntut umum menolak nota pembelaan tersebut dan tidak perlu menguraikan alasan jawaban oleh karena penuntut umum tetap berpegang pada kebenaran analisa fakta dan analisa yuridis dalam surat tuntutan yang telah penuntut umum susun secara sistematis,” tegas JPU.
“Menerima jawaban penuntut umum sebagai satu kesatuan dasar pertimbangan dalam menjatuhkan putusan akhir oleh Majelis Hakim,” lanjut JPU.
Usai JPU membacakan replik untuk para terdakwa, Ketua Majelis Hakim Rosihan Juhriah Rangkuti, menanyakan kepada para PH terdakwa terkait lanjutan dari persidangan.
“Bagaimana para Penasehat Hukum, setelah kita dengarkan “Replik” dari JPU?,” tanya Ketua Majelis Hakim.
Para PH terdakwa menjawab sepakat untuk melanjutkan kepada agenda “Duplik”.
Sementara usai persidangan, Andi Syarief selaku PH dari terdakwa Lisa Rachmat yang ditemui awak media mengatakan pihaknya telah menyiapkan tanggapan atau jawaban dari “Replik”.
“Jadi besok (Kamis 12 Juni 2025-red), replik dari JPU akan kita tanggapi, duplik atas terdakwa Lisa Rachmat akan kami sampaikan,” tukas Andi.
Diketahui, dalam sidang tuntutan JPU menuntut Zarof Ricar 20 tahun penjara dan denda Rp1 miliar subsider 6 bulan pidana kurungan. Zarof dinilai terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melanggar Pasal 6 Ayat (1) jo Pasal 15 dan Pasal 12 B jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Lisa Rachmat pengacara Ronald Tannur, dituntut selama 14 tahun penjara, serta membayar denda sebesar Rp750 juta subsider enam bulan penjara. Lisa dinilai terbukti melanggar Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf a jo Pasal 18 dan Pasal 15 UU Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. Meyrizka Widjaja dituntut empat tahun penjara, serta membayar denda Rp750 juta subsidair enam bulan kurungan. Meirizka dinilai memenuhi unsur Pasal Pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf a jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo pasal 55 Ayat (19) Ke -1 1 KUHP.(Yuko)
