PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS –  Penjabat Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Muhammad Unu Ibnudin, melantik dan mengambil sumpah/janji jabatan 134 Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) hasil seleksi tahun anggaran 2024.

Kegiatan berlangsung di Balai Besar Betason, Kantor Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Senin (28/4/2025).

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Unu juga secara simbolis menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Pengangkatan kepada 40 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dari seleksi tahun anggaran 2024. Para PPPK dan PNS yang dilantik terdiri dari tenaga teknis, tenaga kesehatan, dan guru.

Unu menyatakan percaya penuh kepada para PPPK dan PNS yang dilantik untuk melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebaik-baiknya.

“Atas nama Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang, saya mengucapkan selamat kepada Bapak dan Ibu sekalian yang telah melalui proses panjang hingga hari ini,” ucap Unu.

Ia berharap para PPPK dan PNS yang baru dilantik dapat mencurahkan tenaga dan dedikasi untuk kemajuan Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang.

“Dengan SK pengangkatan ini, Bapak dan Ibu diharapkan menerapkan konsep BerAKHLAK sebagai core value ASN seluruh Indonesia, serta mengusung semangat Bangga Melayani Bangsa,” lanjutnya.

Unu menjelaskan, nilai BerAKHLAK merupakan akronim dari berorientasi pelayanan, akuntabel, kompeten, harmonis, loyal, adaptif, dan kolaboratif. Ini sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2023 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara.

“Sementara Bangga Melayani Bangsa adalah bentuk pengabdian ASN zaman now yang melayani dengan sepenuh hati,” tambahnya.

Unu berpesan agar seluruh ASN, khususnya yang baru diangkat, memiliki integritas, meningkatkan kompetensi, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan pekerjaan maupun lingkungan kerja, demi pelayanan publik yang maksimal.
