Sebelumnya, soal-soal tersebut telah ditelaah pada kegiatan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) PAI yang merupakan hasil dari penyusunan soal PAI secara bersama-sama seluruh anggota MGMP/KKG di SMP Muhammadiyah pada Rabu lalu.
Disampaikan oleh Erkandi bahwa sebelumnya soal tersebut diserahkan oleh Ketua MGMP PAI Tingkat SMP, Akhmad Faizal, M. Pd. I., yang diterima oleh Pengadministrasi Umum Seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Hj. Hasanah, A. Ma., di ruangannya.
Dia mengatakan soal-soal tersebut diberikan dalam bentuk softcopy berupa CD yang diterima oleh Savier Reyhan Aldino, Bagian Pendidikan Dasar Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pangkalpinang.
