PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM- Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Provinsi Bangka Belitung (Babel), Husen, menegaskan bahwa biaya penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Ulang di dua wilayah Pangkalpinang dan Bangka akan sepenuhnya ditanggung oleh Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD).
“Seluruh biaya Pilkada, baik di tingkat provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota, akan dibiayai oleh APBD sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku,” ujar Husen. Jumat,(14/2) dikantor KPU Babel
Husen menjelaskan, saat ini pihaknya masih dalam proses penyelesaian laporan penggunaan anggaran Pilkada sebelumnya. Sisa anggaran akan dikembalikan ke kas daerah.
“Kami ingin memastikan bahwa tidak ada penyalahgunaan anggaran. Semua proses отчетность akan dilakukan secara transparan dan akuntabel,” tegasnya.
Terkait dengan dukungan anggaran untuk Pilkada ulang, Husen menyatakan telah berkoordinasi dengan seluruh pemerintah daerah di Bangka Belitung. Berdasarkan pertemuan dengan penjabat (Pj) gubernur, bupati, dan wali kota, semua pihak telah menyatakan kesiapan mereka untuk mendukung penuh dari segi anggaran.
“Para kepala daerah telah memastikan bahwa tidak ada kendala terkait anggaran Pilkada ulang dan untuk pelaksana Pilkada 2024 berjalan dengan sukses,” kata Husen.
Meski demikian, KPU Babel terus berupaya mencari alternatif pendanaan lain, termasuk dari APBN, jika diperlukan. Hal ini sebagai langkah antisipasi jika terjadi kekurangan anggaran dari APBD.
“Kami tidak ingin bergantung sepenuhnya pada APBD. Kami akan berupaya mencari sumber pendanaan lain untuk memastikan Pilkada ulang berjalan lancar tanpa kendala anggaran,” pungkas Husen.(Yuko)
