PANGKAL PINANG,PERKARANEWS – Pastikan Malam Natal berjalan kondusif, aman, dan damai Pj Walikota Pangkal Pinang turut hadir dan mendampingi Pj Gubernur beserta Forkopimda Bangka Belitung dalam peninjauan gereja dan pos pengamanan di Kota Pangkal Pinang.
Terlihat pada saat peninjauan ramah tamah Pejabat (Pj) Walikota Pangkal Pinang, Budi Utama, S.STP., M. Si., menyapa jemaat saat berada di Gereja Katedral Santo Yosef Pangkal Pinang, Selasa (24/12/2024).
Budi saat diwawancara mengucapkan syukur dan mengapresiasi penjagaan kondusif oleh tim gabungan dari polri,TNI, Pol PP, dan instansi terkait lainnya dalam acara Malam Natal 2024.
“Alhamdulillah ada beberapa Gereja yang melaksanakan kegiatan Natal pada malam hari ini dan semua berjalan dengan lancar, damai dan kondusif”, ujarnya.
Dalam menyambut Natal ini Budi menyebutkan bahwa hal ini merupakan komitmen pemerintah dalam memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman kepada seluruh umat beragama yang ada di Bangka Belitung.
Budi menyebutkan pengamanan Malam Natal ini bakal dilakukan sampai selesai oleh anggota TNI dan POLRI untuk memastikan keamanan.
Selain itu Pj Walikota Pangkal Pinang, Budi Utama menyampaikan selamat hari Natal dan Tahun Baru bagi masyarakat yang merayakan dan memberikan himbauan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan hal-hal yang positif pada saat malam pergantian tahun.(Yuko)
