MENDOBARAT,PERKARANEWS – Aktivitas tambang laut ilegal di Desa Penagan Kecamatan Mendobarat, Selasa (26/11/2023), kembali beraktivitas setelah sekitar tiga minggu lebih berhenti lantaran menuai protes keras dari kubu nelayan setempat.
Informasi yang didapat di lapangan, puluhan ponton milik warga pendatang yang mempekerjakan oknum warga Desa Penagan itu, diduga kembali beroperasi setelah ada instruksi dari cukong atau pihak yang membackingi aktivitas ilegal tersebut.
Sebelumnya, nelayan setempat sudah melakukan berbagai cara negosiasi bahkan hingga bersurat ke Mabes TNI agar tambang ilegal tersebut segera distop.
Tokoh nelayan Penagan Abdurrahman menilai, beraktivasnya kembali tambang ilegal ini menjadi bukti kuat bahwa aktivitas ilegal tersebut dibacking oleh kelompok yang berpengaruh dan kebal hukum.
“Kalau tidak ada orang kuat di balik semua ini, tak mungkin tambang ilegal yang memporak poranda laut kami bisa seenaknya begini,” ungkap Abdurrahman kepada wartawan, Selasa (28/11/2023).
Aparat keamanan, lanjut Abdurrahman, seperti tak berkutik berhadapan dengan kelompok tambang ilegal tersebut.
“Aparat keamanan di Babel, baik sipil, Polri dan TNI tak ada yang berani bertindak. Kami harus mengadu kemana lagi. Apakah kami ini memang sengaja diadu domba dengan sesama masyarakat kami agar saling bentrok. Apakah pemerintah memang berharap agar rakyat saling bunuh,” sesal Abdurrahman yang adalah cucu kandung dari Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddiq, ulama Banjar yang amat berpengaruh dan memiliki peran besar dalam proses Islamisasi di Pulau Bangka ini.
“Akhir abad ke-19, kakek saya (Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddiq yang namanya kini diabadikan menjadi nama IAIN Bangka Belitung–red) sudah menegakkan Surau di Penagan, mengajarkan agama di sini (Penagan) agar masyarakatnya agamis dan menjadi teladan bagaimana memiliki budi pekerti yang baik. Adab yang baik dengan sesama, juga dengan alam,” ungkap Abdurrahman.
Kehadiran Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddiq yang kemudian menjadi Mufti di Kerajaan Indragiri, di Desa Penagan Kecamatan Mendobarat, menurut Abdurrahman, menandakan jika wilayah Desa Penagan memiliki arti penting dalam sejarah Islam di Pulau Bangka.
“Oleh karena itu, sebagai cucu beliau, saya memiliki tanggung jawab menjaganya. Menjaga alam dan lingkungannya (masyarakatnya–red) dari kerusakan dan keserakahan orang-orang yang tak bertanggung jawab. Ini juga yang merupakan salah satu alasan mengapa saya harus peduli dengan persoalan tambang ilegal di Penagan ini,” ungkap Abdurrahman.
Abdurrahman juga mengaku pernah ditawari semacam kompensasi dari tambang ilegal tersebut.
“Nelayan pernah dikasih uang satu juta perorang, katanya uang kompensasi. Setahu saya banyak juga nelayan yang tak mau terima, termasuk saya. Karena kami maunya bukan kompensasi dalam bentuk apapun. Kami hanya ingin laut kami bebas dari tambang, baik oleh perorangan maupun oleh kelompok orang,” tegas Abdurrahman.
Ia berharap agar pemerintah dan aparat keamanan berpihak kepada rakyat yang saat ini berjuang gigih agar Laut Penagan bebas dari tambang.
“Semoga harapan kami didengar oleh pimpinan tertinggi di Babel ini. Jangan biarkan kami diadu domba dan kekayaan alam kami dijarah seenaknya secara tak bertanggung jawab,” harap Abdurrahman yang juga Koordinasi Aliansi Nelayan Penagan Bersatu (ANPB) Desa Penagan Kecamatan Mendobarat.
Konspirasi Jahat
Terpisah, mantan jurnalis nasional asal Desa Penagan, Aswandi As’an, menilai beraktivitasnya kembali tambang ilegal di Laut Penagan sangat disesalkan.
“Harusnya mereka (penambang ilegal dan semua yang terlibat di dalamnya) menghargai tuntutan para nelayan. Apalagi buntut dari ini diduga berimbas dengan terjadinya kekerasan terhadap seorang jurnalis yang keukeuh memberitakan tambang ilegal tersebut,” ujar Aswandi yang saat ini aktif dalam kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan di Jakarta.
Oleh sebab itu, aktivis yang juga bergabung dalam Ikatan Kekeluargaan Masyarakat (IKM) Babel di Jakarta ini mengatakan, perlunya memaksimalkan semua network untuk mendukung kebebasan pers dan mengecam aksi premanisme dan intimidasi terhadap jurnalis.
Ia melanjutkan, terkait kasus tambang timah ilegal di Laut Penagan, itu seperti lingkaran setan yang sulit dicari ujungnya. Karena di situ ada kepentingan yang melibatkan pengusaha, penguasa, APH bahkan politisi.
“Rakyat hanya bagian ujung jari dari permainan setan yang membuat lingkaran itu. Masyarakat lokal dikondisikan untuk jadi penambang sebagai kamuflase untuk memobilisasi penambang dari luar sebagai pemasok bahan baku untuk smelter swasta yang menguasai 80 persen produksi timah Babel,” ungkapnya.
Aswandi juga menguak adanya semacam konspirasi jahat yang mengatasnamakan masjid agar aksi ‘perampokan’ terhadap timah di Laut Penagan tersebut sebagai sesuatu yang ‘halal’.
“Saya prihatin dengan adanya kabar pengurus masjid yang melegitimasi penambangan ilegal ini dengan mengambil fee yang mengatasnamakan masjid. Ini mencampuri urusan haq dan bathil dalam satu wadah. Secara fiqih itu akan memperpanjang debat, tetapi dalam pandangan tasawuf itu syubhat. Syubhat lebih dekat ke haram. Ini boleh disebut semacam konsfirasi jahat. Mencampurkan antara haq dengan yang bathil. Pemerintah harus segera turun tangan, jangan sampai aqidah warga Penagan disesatkan oleh kasus tambang ilegal ini,” tegas Aswandi.
Mantan reporter salah satu TV Swasta Nasional ini menambahkan, dalam sejarah, Rasulullah pernah membakar sebuah masjid di Madinah karena dibangun tidak atas dasar iman dan taqwa yang memunculkan perpecahan umat.
“Nah kasus di Penagan ini juga arahnya seperti itu, membangun masjid dari uang syubhat. Sebagian hasil ‘rampok’ hak-hak rakyat di Laut Penagan itu dikasih untuk bangun masjid. Celakanya, oknum pengurus masjid dan masyarakat tak sadar jika fee yang disetor ke masjid itu nilainya sangat kecil dibanding uang yang dinikmati oleh para cukong tambang ilegal ini,” beber Aswandi.
Sebagai bentuk kepeduliannya terhadap kampung halamannya, Aswandi juga akan turut berjuang di pusat agar aktivitas tambang ilegal di Laut Penagan berhenti secara permanen.
“Salah satu caranya kita mendorong perubahan tata kelola penambangan timah di Babel. Beberapa waktu lalu IKM Babel telah berdiskusi dengan Dirut PT Timah di Jakarta tentang persoalan ini. Semoga ke depan tata kelola penambangan timah di Babel tidak karut marut seperti ini,” kata Aswandi.
Sebelumnya, dalam berbagai kesempatan wawancara dengan wartawan, Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Bangka, M. Haris, meminta agar tambang ilegal di Laut Penagan dihentikan.
“Seperti yang saya sampaikan sebelumnya tambang yang beroperasi di kawasan terlarang harus tutup,” tegas Haris.
Haris yang diketahui sudah melihat langsung aktivitas tambang ilegal di Luat Penagan saat berkunjung ke desa tersebut beberapa hari lalu, mengungkapkan persoalan tambang ilegal tak saja merusak lingkungan, akan tetapi berpotensi memicu konflik sosial.
“Banyak akibat yang ditimbulkan dari penambangan ilegal. Selain kerusakan lingkungan yang masif, kamungkinan konflik sosial antara penambang dan nelayan setempat juga bisa saja terjadi,” katanya menjawab wartawan.
Haris mengimbau masyarakat agar menjaga situasi tetap kondusif, dan menyerahkan persoalan tambang ilegal ini kepada aparat penegak hukum. (Yuko)
