Vonis Hasto Lebih Ringan dari Tuntutan Jaksa, Dihukum 3,5 Tahun Penjara Kasus Suap Harun Masiku

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Ketua Majelis Hakim Tipikor Rios Rahmanto, menyatakan Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto terbukti bersalah memberi suap mantan komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan terkait pengurusan Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPR periode 2019-2024 untuk Harun Masiku. Untuk itu, Hasto divonis 3,5 tahun penjara , denda Rp250 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan.

 

“Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa dengan pidana penjara selama 3 tahun dan 6 bulan, serta membayar denda Rp250 juta. Jika tak dibayar, diganti pidana kurungan selama 3 bulan,” ujar Ketua Majelis Hakim Rios Rahmanto di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (25/7/2025).

Selanjutnya Hakim memerintahkan Hasto untuk tetap berada dalam tahanan. Hakim memerintahkan sejumlah buku yang disita untuk dikembalikan kepada Hasto. Hakim menyatakan Hasto tidak terbukti melakukan perbuatan merintangi penyidikan sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 21 UU Tipikor. Hakim menyatakan Hasto bersalah melanggar Pasal 5 ayat 1 huruf a UU Tipikor juncto Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP juncto Pasal 64 ayat 1 KUHP.

Diketahui sebelumnya dalam sidang tuntutan JPU, Hasto dituntut hukuman 7 tahun penjara. JPU meyakini Hasto bersalah merintangi penyidikan dan menyuap mantan komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan terkait pengurusan PAW anggota DPR untuk Harun Masiku. Hasto juga dituntut membayar denda Rp 600 juta. Apabila tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana penjara selama 6 bulan. (Yuko)
