Perkembangan Kasus CPO: Kejagung RI Sita Sita Rp1,37 T dari Korporasi yang Terlibat

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Kejaksaan Agung RI melalui Tim Penuntut Umum dari Direktorat Penuntutan pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (JAM PIDSUS) kembali melakukan penyitaan uang sebesar Rp1,37 triliun, terkait perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pemberian fasilitas ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan turunannya di industri kelapa sawit tahun 2022.

Penyitaan ini dilakukan terhadap dana yang dititipkan oleh enam terdakwa korporasi dari dua grup besar yakni Musim Mas Group dan Permata Hijau Group. Total uang yang disita mencapai Rp1.374.892.735.527,50 dan saat ini telah dititipkan pada Rekening Penampungan Lainnya (RPL) milik Jampidsus di Bank BRI.

Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung, Dr. Harli Siregar, S.H., M.Hum., menyampaikan bahwa penyitaan dilakukan untuk kepentingan pemeriksaan kasasi di Mahkamah Agung.

“Penyitaan ini telah mendapatkan penetapan izin dari Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Dana tersebut merupakan bentuk penggantian kerugian negara yang diajukan sebagai bagian dari memori kasasi agar bisa dipertimbangkan oleh Hakim Agung,” kata Harli dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Rabu (2/7/2025).

Sebanyak 12 terdakwa korporasi sebelumnya telah disidangkan di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat. Namun, putusan hakim menyatakan mereka lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum (onslag van alle rechtsvervolging), sehingga Jaksa Penuntut Umum mengajukan kasasi ke Mahkamah Agung.

12 Terdakwa Korporasi terbagi menjadi dua group:

Para Terdakwa Korporasi tersebut masing-masing didakwa melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1) dan Pasal 3 jo. Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahaan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke- 1 KUHP; Berdasarkan perhitungan Hasil Audit oleh Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan dan Laporan Kajian Analisis Keuntungan llegal dan Kerugian Perekonomian Negara dari Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis UGM, terdapat kerugian negara (kerugian keuangan negara, ilegall gain dan kerugian perekonomian negara), sebagai berikut:
a. Musim Mas Group seluruhnya sebesar Rp4.890.938.943.794,1 dengan rincian:
1) PT MUSIM MAS sebesar Rp1.430.930.230.450,21
2) PT INTIBENUA PERKASATAMA, sebesar Rp3.194.755.791.704,97
3) PT MIKIE OLEO NABATI INDUSTRI, sebesar Rp5.201.108.727,67

b. Grup Permata Hijau seluruhnya sebesar Rp937.558.181.691,26 dengan rincian:

Dalam perkembangannya, dari 12 perusahaan tersebut terdapat penitipan uang oleh 6 perusahaan, masing-masing sebagai berikut::
a. Yang tergabung dalam Musimmas Group terdapat 1 perusahaan yang menitipkan uang yaitu PT Musim Mas sebesar Rp1.188.461.774.666

b. Yang tergabung dalam Permata Hijau Group terdapat 5 perusahaan yang menitipkan uang seluruhnya sebesar Rp186.430.960.865,26 dengan perincian:

2) PT PELITA AGUNG AGRINDUSTRI, sebesar Rp34.687.715.285,59
