Kasus Vonis Bebas CPO, Kejari Jakarta Pusat Terima Berkas Perkara 6 Tersangka

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat menerima pelimpahan berkas perkara, barang bukti dan tersangka (tahap II) kasus dugaan suap terkait vonis bebas atau onstlag ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) minyak goreng dan turunannya bagi industri kelapa sawit bulan Januari-April 2022, di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat.

Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat Safrianto Zuriat Putra, didampingi Kasie Intel Bani Ginting dan Kasie Pidsus Rury Febrianto, memberikan keterangan kepada awak media di Kantor Kejari Jakarta Pusat, Senin (30/6/2025). Safri mengatakan telah menerima berkas perkara enam orang terkait vonis bebas atau onstlag ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) minyak goreng. Safri merinci nama-nama yang diserahkan Kejaksaan Agung RI (Kejagung), yaitu:

1. Muhammad Arif Nuryanta alias MAN
2. Wahyu Gunawan alias WG
3. Djuyamto
4. Agam Syarif Baharuddin
5. Ali Muhtarom
6. Muhammad Syafei

“Lima tersangka sebagai penerima suap dan satu tersangka sebagai pemberi suap,” terangnya.

Dalam perkara ini, para tersangka diduga melakukan pemufakatan jahat, sehingga dalam putusannya terkait kasus persetujuan ekspor CPO itu, Majelis Hakim menyatakan para terdakwa korporasi itu terbukti melakukan perbuatan sebagaimana dalam dakwaan.

Namun, Hakim menilai bahwa perbuatan tersebut bukan korupsi. Majelis Hakim kemudian menjatuhkan vonis bebas, sehingga para tersangka terbebas dari tuntutan pembayaran uang pengganti sebesar total Rp 17 triliun.

“Selanjutnya para tersangka kami lakukan penahanan selama 20 hari kedepan dan kami titipkan di Rumah Tahanan Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Jakarta Pusat,” pungkas Safri.(Yuko)
