Tiga Tersangka Baru Obstruction of Justice Kasus Korupsi Timah

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia kembali menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam memberantas tindak pidana korupsi. Tim Penyidik Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus (JAM PIDSUS) pada Senin (21/4/2025) mengumumkan penetapan tiga tersangka baru dalam pengembangan kasus dugaan korupsi dan/atau gratifikasi terkait penanganan perkara di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.

Langkah tegas ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari penyidikan mendalam yang dilakukan Kejaksaan Agung. Surat Perintah Penyidikan Nomor: Print-23/F.2/Fd.2/04/2025 tertanggal 11 April 2025 menjadi dasar bagi penyidik untuk terus mengembangkan kasus yang berpotensi merusak citra penegakan hukum ini.

Dalam proses penyidikan, tim penyidik berhasil mengumpulkan sejumlah barang bukti krusial dari berbagai lokasi. Barang bukti tersebut mengindikasikan adanya upaya sistematis untuk merekayasa opini publik melalui berbagai platform media, baik konvensional maupun digital. Selain itu, ditemukan pula laporan pembayaran atas konten dan kampanye digital yang kuat dugaan bertujuan untuk menggiring opini publik dan mempengaruhi jalannya proses hukum yang sedang berjalan.

Adapun barang bukti yang berhasil disita meliputi dokumen invoice kampanye media dan sosial dengan nilai fantastis mencapai Rp2,4 miliar. Selain itu, penyidik juga menemukan lebih dari 24 pemberitaan negatif yang tersebar di berbagai media online, yang secara masif menyasar citra Kejaksaan. Rekap aktivitas di media sosial yang terstruktur untuk menyudutkan penanganan perkara oleh Kejaksaan juga turut diamankan. Tak hanya itu, bukti pembayaran konten narasi dan penyelenggaraan seminar yang sarat dengan opini menyesatkan terkait kasus PT Timah Tbk dan impor gula turut menjadi bagian dari barang bukti yang memberatkan para tersangka.

Berdasarkan bukti-bukti yang kuat tersebut, penyidik menetapkan tiga nama sebagai tersangka yang diduga kuat terlibat dalam upaya menghalangi proses hukum. Ketiga tersangka tersebut adalah MS, seorang advokat yang ditetapkan berdasarkan Surat Penetapan Tersangka TAP-21/F.2/Fd.2/04/2025; JS, seorang dosen sekaligus advokat yang ditetapkan melalui TAP-29/F.2/Fd.2/04/2025; dan TB, yang menjabat sebagai Direktur Pemberitaan JAK TV dan ditetapkan dengan TAP-30/F.2/Fd.2/04/2025.

Penyidik menduga kuat bahwa ketiga tersangka telah bersekongkol untuk melakukan pemufakatan jahat dengan tujuan menghambat jalannya proses penyidikan, penuntutan, hingga persidangan terkait perkara korupsi tata niaga komoditas timah dan kasus impor gula. Modus operandi yang terungkap melibatkan manipulasi pemberitaan di berbagai media, produksi konten negatif yang masif, serta penyelenggaraan kampanye terselubung yang bertujuan untuk membentuk opini publik yang merugikan institusi Kejaksaan. Bahkan, MS dan JS diduga menjadi otak di balik pendanaan berbagai kegiatan seperti demonstrasi, seminar, podcast, hingga talkshow yang sengaja dirancang untuk mendiskreditkan Kejaksaan, sementara TB berperan sebagai eksekutor lapangan yang mempublikasikan narasi-narasi tersebut melalui JAK TV dan berbagai kanal digital lainnya.

Atas perbuatan mereka, ketiga tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 21 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. Saat ini, JS dan TB telah dilakukan penahanan selama 20 hari ke depan di Rutan Salemba Cabang Kejaksaan Agung. Sementara itu, tersangka MS sebelumnya telah ditahan dalam perkara suap hakim terkait kasus minyak goreng. Kejaksaan Agung melalui keterangan resminya menegaskan komitmen yang kuat untuk terus mengusut tuntas perkara ini hingga ke akar-akarnya, serta tidak akan mentolerir segala bentuk upaya yang berpotensi mengganggu jalannya proses hukum yang adil dan transparan.(MJ01)
