PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Safrizal Safrizal ZA mengeluarkan Instruksi Gubernur Kep. Babel Nomor 500/148/IV Tahun 2023 tentang Pengendalian Inflasi Menjelang Natal 2023 dan Tahun Baru 2024 di Provinsi Kep. Babel. Untuk mengendalikan inflasi di Negeri Serumpun Sebalai, diperlukan langkah-langkah cepat, tepat, fokus, terpadu dan sinergi antara Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dengan memberikan instruksi kepada seluruh Bupati/Wali Kota se-Provinsi Kep. Babel.
“Empat instruksi ini harus dilakukan secara kolaborasi, sinergi antar semua pemangku kepentingan,” ajak Safrizal, Selasa (19/12/2023) di Pangkalpinang.
Empat instruksi yang dikeluarkan pada Senin (18/12/2023) itu yakni pertama melakukan upaya pemantauan secara berkala terhadap kecukupan stok barang kebutuhan pokok dan stabilisasi melalui operasi pasar bekerja sama dengan Bulog, distributor, pedagang besar, dan petani/peternak pada masing-masing daerah. Kedua, mendorong optimalisasi pelabuhan laut dan darat untuk kelancaran distribusi. Ketiga, menyelesaikan kendala dan peningkatan sarana distribusi BBM dan gas. Dan terakhir, melalukan moral suasion dalam rangka membentuk ekspektasi masyarakat atas harga bahan pokok penting dengan mengampanyekan tidak boros pangan.
“Instruksi in dikeluarkan untuk menjadi perhatian dan dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya,” pinta Safrizal.
Sebelumnya, Safrizal sudah meresmikan rumah pembibitan atau Nursery Kelompok Tani (Poktan) Timur Makmur di Desa Air Mesu Timur, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Rabu (6/12/2023). Nursery perbenihan cabai dan bawang merah dengan sistem soilblock ini merupakan bantuan dari Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Hortikultura Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan).
Diharapkan melalui rumah pembibitan cabai dan bawang merah akan mengeliatkan lagi penanaman cabai dan bawang merah di Babel serta mengendalikan inflasi sebab cabai ikut mempengaruhi Tingkat inflasi di Babel. Suksesnya pembenihan ini, menurut Safrizal, tak menutup kemungkinan Babel akan menjaga kestabilisasi harga. Ia menargetkan harga cabai pada Mei 2024 turun 50 persen dari harga sekarang yang mencapai Rp 100 ribu.
Strategi jangka menengah untuk pengendalian inflasi yakni segera dieksekusi seperti ekstensifikasi pertanian melalui inisiasi lumbung pangan di Bangka Selatan, Gerakan Tanam Cabai untuk skala rumah tangga dan wajib untuk ASN Pemprov Babel nantinya sebagai percontohan sampai upaya untuk menambah frekuensi penerbangan, paralel strategi jangka pendek melalui aksi konkret secara mikro terus dijalankan seperti pasar murah on the spot.
“Kita juga akan memanfaatkan pekarangan Rumah Dinas Gubernur sebagai kebun percontohan untuk penanaman cabai. Kebun percontohan ini nantinya bisa menjadi objek kunjungan bagi masyarakat, anggota PKK dari Kabupaten/Kota, maupun anak-anak sekolah sebagai media pembelajaran dalam bertanam cabai,” tutup Safrizal.
