BANGKA – PERKARANEWS.COM | Terkait persoalan yang sedang viral di ruang publik dari sejumlah pemberitaan media daring (Online) maupun berbagai platform media sosial, hari ini (26/10/25) CV TMR memberikan klarifikasi untuk semua pihak.

Kepada redaksi, salah satu sumber internal perusahaan menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya sudah melaksanakan seluruh kewajibannya selaku mitra usaha PT. Timah TBK dan juga kepada masyarakat.

Menurutnya, masyarakat penambang sekitar pun sudah di buka ruang kegiatan penambangan yang tentunya dengan harga pembelian berdasarkan harga yang telah dirumuskan agar kedua belah pihak tidak dirugikan.

Kemudian dirinya mengatakan niat baik perusahaan kepada masyarakat tersebut justru ditolak dengan berbagai alasan, yang pada puncaknya masyarakat memaksa menambang di area aliran sungai (parit) perkebunan.

Karena dianggap management PT. GML sudah mengancam keberlangsungan lingkungan perkebunan, akhirnya aksi dari ratusan penambang tersebut dihentikan setelah sejumlah himbauan disampaikan.

Bersama dengan management PT. GML, CV TMR melaksanakan penertiban dengan tujuan untuk menjaga keberlangsungan lingkungan perkebunan, namun penertiban justru ditolak.

Meskipun terdapat penolakan dari sejumlah masyarakat penambang penertiban terus dilanjutkan, yang tentunya penertiban itu dilaksanakan dengan mengedepankan tindakan yang humanis bukan arogan.

Bukan hanya himbauan dan penertiban, bahkan duduk bersama pun turut digelar bersama masyarakat penambang yang diketahui notabene bukan dari penduduk lokal namun tidak menemui titik kesepakatan.

Sumber kembali menyebutkan, terkait persoalan kerugian yang dialami perusahaan, pihaknya sekarang sudah mendata sejumlah peralatan tambang yang rusak bahkan sejumlah nama turut dikantongi.

Untuk pelanggaran hukum terhadap tindakan anarkis dan penghalangan kegiatan penambangan yang memiliki ijin resmi dari instansi-instansi terkait, pihak perusahaan CV. TMR akan menempuh jalur hukum.
