BANGKA,PERKARANEWS.COM – Berawal dari inisiatif warga dan dukungan penuh dari seorang Bintara Pembina Desa (Babinsa), sebuah lahan terbengkalai di Kelurahan Jelitik, Kecamatan Sungailiat, kini menjelma menjadi destinasi wisata favorit. Berkat sinergi antara Babinsa Serka Rahmat dan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Lingkungan Rambak, Pantai Batu Tunggal kini menjadi primadona baru di Pulau Bangka.Rabu,(13/8)
Serka Rahmat, yang bertugas sebagai Babinsa di wilayah tersebut sekaligus penasihat Pokdarwis, menjelaskan peran aktifnya dalam mengawal proyek ini. Ia merujuk pada tugas pokok Babinsa, yaitu membina wilayah untuk memajukan perekonomian masyarakat.
“Babinsa itu dalam artian membina wilayah binaan. Apa saja yang berpotensi di wilayah, yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, yang artinya membuat perekonomian lebih maju,” ujar Serka Rahmat.
Melihat inisiatif gotong royong dari warga untuk mengelola lahan bekas hutan dan tambang yang terbengkalai, Serka Rahmat langsung mengambil peran.
Ia menjembatani dan menjadi pelopor untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan potensi geografis dan sumber daya manusia yang ada.
“Di situlah peran Babinsa di wilayah dalam ikut mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan seperti ini,” tambahnya.
Serka Rahmat juga memberikan pesan penting kepada masyarakat dan pengurus Pokdarwis agar tetap menjaga keberhasilan yang telah dicapai.
Ia mendorong warga untuk mengubah pola pikir dan menyadari bahwa Pantai Batu Tunggal adalah milik bersama, bukan milik perorangan atau kelompok tertentu.
“Kita ubah pikiran kita, mindset kita, bahwa ini wilayah kita, ini potensi kita, bahwa pantai ini bukan milik perorangan, bukan milik Pokdarwis, tapi ini milik bersama,” tegasnya.
Ia mengajak masyarakat untuk terus memberikan dukungan moral dan masukan konstruktif demi kemajuan bersama.
Sebagai sebuah kelompok yang baru berjalan sekitar lima bulan, Pokdarwis Lingkungan Rambak menyadari masih banyak kekurangan, baik dari segi sarana prasarana maupun manajemen. Oleh karena itu, mereka sangat mengharapkan peran pemerintah daerah untuk memberikan pembinaan.
“Kami menyadari masih banyak kekurangan. Kami mengharapkan peran pemerintah juga. Tolong kami dibina, tolong kami diarahkan,” harap Serka Rahmat.
Ia mengibaratkan Pokdarwis seperti anak yang baru belajar berjalan. Dengan dukungan dan bimbingan, mereka yakin bisa berjalan dengan mandiri di masa depan.
“Harapan kami ke depan, kami membutuhkan dukungan moral dan dukungan pembinaan dari pemerintah,” tutupnya.(Yuko)
