PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Apakah akan menjadi sampah visual saja (Pangkalpinang cemas) atau sebaliknya menawarkan harapan baru (Pangkalpinang Emas) bagi masyarakat Pangkalpinang ?
Sejuta pesona yang ditawarkan oleh kota Pangkalpinang telah berhasil memanggil syahwat para pemuda hebat, pialang – pialang demokrasi serta bermacam entitas untuk ambil bagian pada pesta demokrasi yang akan datang. Dengan gagah mereka memajang foto – foto terbaik yang mereka punya untuk memikat hati masyarakat.
Sebagai ibu kota provinsi, Pangkalpinang juga adalah penyumbang angka kemiskinan ekstrim yang cukup tinggi. Disamping itu Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) Perguruan Tinggi di Pangkalpiang masih tertahan di angka 20%. Artinya dapat kita baca bahwa jika saja ada 100 orang pelajar SMA / SMK saat ini maka hanya ada 18-20 orang siswa / wi yang bisa melanjutkan study lanjut.
Dimana dan kemana residu pendidikan ini akan berlabuh ?
Sedih memang melihat potret nyata kota tercinta Pangkalpinang ini, dengan rasio pola anggaran 60;40 seharusnya hal ini tidak boleh terjadi. Kini suka atau tidak suka kita harus menerima seluruh kenyataan ini sebagai masalah dasar bagi kota Pangkalpinang.
Tapi patut kita syukuri bahwa kini banyak bermunculan calon – calon pemimpin baru yang menawarkan berbagai program dengan semangat membangun Pangkalpinang.
Mari kita uji bersama, apakah program dan gagasan dari setiap calon yang ada berhasil menyentuh masalah dasar tersebut.
Jika saja mimpi – mimpi yang dikemas dalam semangat membangun kota Pangkalpinang yang ditawarkan oleh setiap calon Walikota yang ada saat ini tidak atau belum berhasil menyentuh masalah dasar yang ada di Pangkalpinang, maka benar bahwa foto – foto yang mereka pasang hanya menjadi sampah visual saja. Artinya mereka hanya berani bermimpi membangun kota Pangkalpinang saja walau sejati nya mereka belum pernah tertidur memikirkan Pangkalpinang.
Tingginya angka kemiskinan ekstrim yang berbanding lurus dengan APK PT yang rendah telah mempertebal masalah dasar yang ada di kota Pangkalpinang yang harus mampu dijawab dalam tempo yang sesingkat – singkatnya.
Kebijakan dalam bentuk kegiatan dan program yang akan ditawarkan oleh para calon walikota yang akan datang niscahya akan memperlihatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas para calon tersebut.

Narasi dan diksi ini hanyalah fear pressure bagi para calon walikota dan wakil walikota Pangkalpinang yang akan datang. Kisi – kisi awalnya adalah “ sebaik.- baiknya intimacy atau pendekatan ke masyarakat adalah pendekatan dengan program kegiatan yang berhasil menyentuh masalah dasar yang ada dimasyarakat”.
Mari sama – sama kita tunggu apakah dari sekian banyak orang calon walikota dan wakil walikota ada berhasil mencapai puncak dan berhasil menyentuh dasar peradaban Pangkalpinang.
