Kemenag Pangkalpinang Gelar Rakor Penguatan Organisasi FKPP, Seksi PD Pontren Kemenag Pangkalpinang Ingatkan Update EMIS 4.0

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Senin (8/7/2024) Seksi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang menggelar rapat koordinasi penguatan organisasi Forum Komunikasi Pondok Pesantren (FKPP) dan update EMIS 4.0 Pondok Pesantren di Auditorium PLHUT Kemenag Kota Pangkalpinang.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut hadir pula Kasubbag Tata Usaha Kementerian Agama Kota Pangkalpinang, Eyde Tusewijaya, S.E., M.M.. dan Kasi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren, Abdul Khalim, S.S., serta perwakilan dari pondok pesantren se Kota Pangkalpinang.

Menurut Muhammad Rasyidin, S.Ag., Analis Pengelola Manajemen Pendidikan Seksi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren, Forum Komunikasi Pondok Pesantren (FKPP) Kota Pangkalpinang sudah terbentuk sejak 2023. Dia mengatakan Pangkalpinang memiliki 11 pondok pesantren yang saat ini terus mengupdate data EMIS. Dia mengatakan tujuan dibentuknya FKPP ini adalah sebagai wadah untuk berkomunikasi antara Pondok Pesantren sehingga tidak adanya perbedaan antara pondok dengan yang lainya.

“Dengan adanya FKPP ini juga akan terjadi komunikasi dengan baik, bersinergi dengan Ponpes yang satu dengan Ponpes yang lainnya, sehingga ponpes sebagai wadah pendidikan agama Islam punya peran yang lebih dan bisa bersinergi di masyarakat,” jelasnya.

Dalam kegiatan tersebut, Eyde Tusewijaya mengungkapkan bahwa FKPP berperan penting sebagai jembatan komunikasi dan perekat keharmonisan hubungan antara pengurus pondok pesantren dengan pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama. Terlebih fungsi pendidikan pesantren, melalui amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren merupakan bagian dari penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional.

“Kami berharap pondok pesantren tidak sekadar mampu bertahan menjaga tradisi, akan tetapi bagaimana mampu menjawab tantangan zaman. Pendidikan pesantren harus tetap fokus menjadi motor penggerak pendidikan yang ideal, yang mampu mengintegrasikan penguasaan bidang ilmu agama dan ilmu pengetahuan umum sekaligus,” katanya.

Terakhir Seksi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren mengingatkan untuk selalu melakukan update EMIS yang merupakan seperangkat komponen yang saling berhubungan serta memiliki fungsi untuk memproses, mengumpulkan, menyimpan serta menyebarkan informasi guna mendukung pembuatan keputusan dan pengawasan dalam organisasi. Karenanya sistem informasi menjadi sebuah keharusan yang wajib dikuasai oleh seluruh operator lembaga yang ada dibawah pembinaan pemerintah.(Yuko)
