Kasat Efran juga menegaskan fungsi dari Satpol PP mengegakan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang telah disahkan. Tapi Satpol PP pun tidak bisa langsung melakukan penindakkan pelangaran-pelangaran Perda kecuali ada laporan dari OPD terkait.
