“Warga Minta Dirobohkan Karena Berbahaya dan Tidak Kantongi Perizinan Lengkap”

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Berdasarkan laporan masyarakat tentang adanya pembangunan billboard atau papan reklame yang berada di Jalan Muntok Kelurahan Pintu Air, Kecamatan Rangkui, Pangkalpinang belum dilengkapi perizinan lengkap untuk mendirikan papan reklame.

Sejak bulan Agustus 2023 disekitar jalan Muntok terdapat papan reklame yang bediri sudah mengarahkan hingga seperempat jalan tersebut dinilai membahayakan masyarakat penguna jalan.

Salah satu warga Sapri mengatakan sejak papan reklame ini berdiri warga banyak yang was-was karena takut tiang papan reklame roboh oleh cuaca ekstrem saat ini.

“Kalau angin lagi kenceng papan reklame tersebut sering goyang, dan lihat saja lampu yang diatas tadinya lurus kini sudah miring karena diterpa angin,” ungkapnya, Jumat (29/12/2023).

Tidak hanya itu saja warga tersebut juga mempertanyakan izin pembangunan papan reklame tersebut, apakah sudah ada izinnya karena sudah berdiri ditengah jalan.

“Seharusnya pelaku usaha papan reklame tersebut memasang plang izin mendirikan bangunan atau persetujuan Pembangunan Bangunan Gedung (PBG). Tapi tidak pernah melihat hal tersebut. Jangan-jangan papan reklame ini ilegal, kalau benar harus dirobohkan,” tegasnya.

Mendapatkan informasi dari warga, awak media langsung mendatangi kantor Dinas Penanaman modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga kerja (DPMPSTNAKER) Kota Pangkalpinang. Apa yang diduga oleh warga ternyata dibenarkan oleh kepala DPMPST dan NAKER kota Pangkalpinang melalui Kepala Bidang Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Perizinan, Andi membenarkan apa yang jadi laporan masyarakat tersebut.

“Benar, apa yang dikatakan warga pengusaha papan reklame tersebut belum memenuhi izin mendirikan dan memasarkan papan reklame tersebut,” jelasnya.

Andi juga menyebutkan saat ini dinasnya sudah berkordinasi dengan pelaku usaha papan reklame tersebut dan dinas terkait tentang perizinan PBG hingga saat ini belum dikeluarkan izin-izinnya.

“Pemiliknya CV. Gersang bealamat di Batu Rusa kantornya, kami sudah memanggil pemiliknya dua kali, tapi hingga saat ini belum ada tindaklanjutnya oleh pemiliknya dan sekarang sudah dipasang iklan rokok Djarum Istimewa,” ujar Andi atas seizin Kepala Dinas Endang.

Selanjutnya Andi mengungkapkan saat ini sejak adanya undang-undang Cipta Kerja semua perizinan bisa didaftarakan secara online diseluruh wilayah indonesia, tapi walaupun OSS dan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) sudah keluar ada syarat-syarat lain yang harus dilengkapi.

“Walaupun CV. Gersang sudah kantongi izin secara online tapi kalau untuk PBG dan izin lainnya harus mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Dinas PUPR dan Balai jalan karena sudah memakan sepadan jalan selanjutnya dikeluarkan izinnya dari dinas kami. Tapi hingga hari ini belum ada dikeluarkan izinnya dari kami,” pungkasnya.
