DPRD Pangkalpinang Gelar Paripurna, Tiga Raperda Jadi Sorotan

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang menggelar Rapat Paripurna Kedelapan Belas Masa Persidangan III Tahun 2025, Kamis (3/7/2025), di ruang sidang paripurna. Rapat ini dihadiri langsung oleh Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, M. Unu Ibnudin.

Unu menyampaikan apresiasi atas masukan seluruh fraksi terkait tiga Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) yang dibahas, yakni Raperda tentang Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Penyelenggaraan Reklame, dan Penyelenggaraan Pangkalpinang Smart City.

“Saya apresiasi atas masukan, saran, dukungan, dan pertanyaan dari seluruh fraksi. Beberapa pertanyaan yang memiliki kesamaan akan saya jawab secara terpadu untuk efisiensi waktu,” ujarnya.

Terkait Smart City, Unu menjelaskan bahwa program ini bukan beban anggaran, melainkan solusi jangka panjang.

“Meski kita mengalami defisit anggaran, penyelenggaraan Kota Cerdas justru menjadi solusi efisiensi. Lewat digitalisasi layanan dan sistem manajemen berbasis data, kita bisa mengurangi biaya operasional dan meningkatkan transparansi,” jelasnya.

Ia juga menegaskan komitmen Pemkot dalam penataan reklame melalui pembentukan Satgas, pengawasan, dan penindakan.

“Kami telah mengeluarkan surat teguran tertulis kepada pelanggar, serta menerbitkan surat edaran wali kota untuk penataan reklame,” tegas Unu.

Soal infrastruktur digital, Unu memastikan bahwa Pangkalpinang sudah membangun Smart Room Center, memperkuat jaringan internet, dan menyiapkan pusat data.

“Kita sudah implementasikan Indeks Keamanan Informasi (IKAMI), melakukan sosialisasi tata kelola keamanan informasi, dan penggunaan Identitas Kependudukan Digital yang aman,” tambahnya.

Di akhir rapat, Unu menyampaikan terima kasih kepada fraksi-fraksi yang menyetujui tiga Raperda itu untuk dibahas di tingkat Panitia Khusus (Pansus).

“Segala catatan dan masukan akan menjadi perhatian serius. Saya berharap Raperda ini segera dibahas dan bisa disahkan jadi Perda,” tutupnya.(MJ01)
