PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang menggelar Coffee Morning sebagai upaya membangun koordinasi dan percepatan pelaksanaan program kerja di lingkungan pemkot, Selasa (16/7/2025).
Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Pangkalpinang menegaskan pentingnya hubungan kerja yang terbuka dan intensif demi mempercepat pelayanan publik sekaligus menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan pemerintahan.
“Saya minta komunikasi dengan saya lebih intens. Kalau tidak pernah datang atau menyampaikan sesuatu, saya anggap sudah tidak ada masalah. Tapi kenyataannya berbeda,” ujarnya.
Ia meminta para lurah dan camat lebih peduli dan aktif terhadap wilayah kerjanya. Menurutnya, kepedulian dan kehadiran pimpinan sangat menentukan persepsi masyarakat terhadap pemerintah.
“Hal-hal yang menjadi wilayah kerja saya harap diperhatikan. Jangan sampai masyarakat menganggap kita seperti robot. Untuk apa pakai jas dan punya jabatan kalau tidak memberi arti,” tegasnya.
Ia juga menyinggung pentingnya netralitas ASN menjelang pelaksanaan Pilkada Ulang Pangkalpinang pada 27 Agustus 2025. Pj Wali Kota menegaskan ASN harus profesional dan tidak terlibat politik praktis.
“Tugas kita menjamin kelancaran dan kesuksesan Pilkada Ulang. Jangan sampai ada keberpihakan pada salah satu paslon. Jaga netralitas ASN,” pesannya.
Ia memperingatkan tidak ada yang boleh merasa aman dari pengawasan, sebab sanksi bagi ASN yang melanggar netralitas sangat jelas.
“Siapa pun yang terpilih nanti, itu sudah ketetapan Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala,” imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Sekretaris Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang Mie Go menyampaikan, masukan masyarakat terkait pelayanan publik menjadi salah satu pembahasan utama dalam rakor tersebut.
“Dengan keterbatasan APBD, kita harus efisien dan berinovasi meningkatkan PAD serta mempercepat pelayanan. Ini tantangan bersama,” ujarnya.
Ia berharap seluruh OPD merespons kebutuhan masyarakat dengan cepat dan tepat demi membangun kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintah.(MJ01)
