Wagub Babel Hellyana Gagal Masuk S2 Institut Pahlawan 12, Ijazah SH Diduga Palsu Kembali Jadi Sorotan!

SUNGAILIAT, PERKARANEWS.COM– Kabar mengejutkan datang dari kancah pendidikan tinggi Bangka Belitung. Harapan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Hellyana, untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang Magister (S2) Administrasi Publik di Institut Pahlawan 12 Sungailiat harus pupus di tengah jalan.

Sebuah surat resmi dari Institut Pahlawan 12 Program Pascasarjana dengan Nomor: 022/02/PS-IP12/VI/2025, yang beredar luas, menyatakan Hellyana tidak dapat ditetapkan sebagai mahasiswa baru tahun akademik 2024/2025.

Penolakan ini bukan tanpa alasan. Informasi yang dihimpun PerkaraNews.com menyebutkan bahwa keputusan pahit ini diambil setelah Tim Monitoring dan Evaluasi Akademik Institut Pahlawan 12 melakukan validasi berkas akademik pada tanggal 23 Mei 2025 lalu.

Namun, yang paling menghebohkan adalah pernyataan Dr. Sulhan, seorang pengacara yang juga mantan Dekan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Azzahra periode 2021-2024, yang dilontarkan pada Selasa (10/6) di Bandara Depati Amir Pangkalpinang.
Dr. Sulhan, yang ditunjuk langsung oleh mantan Rektor Universitas Azzahra, Dr. Drs. Samsul Alam Maka, M.Si., untuk memberikan keterangan di Polda Bangka Belitung terkait laporan dugaan penggunaan gelar palsu yang menyeret nama Wagub Hellyana, sontak mengejutkan publik.

“Pak Rektor setuju tentang hal itu dan beliau menyampaikan bahwa nah khusus untuk hal ini, tapi sebelum masuk itu, kasus seperti ini saya berapa kali menghadapinya dalam universitas yang sama,” ungkap Dr. Sulhan, membenarkan dirinya diberi kuasa penuh oleh mantan rektor.

“Kenapa saya diberi kuasa? Ada dua hal. Pertama memang saya orang hukum. Yang kedua adalah sebagai mantan dekan Fakultas hukum di Universitas Azzahra Tahun 2021 sampai 2024 kemarin,”sebutnya

Pernyataan paling mencengangkan datang dari Dr. Sulhan saat disinggung mengenai jejak rekam akademis Wagub Hellyana di Universitas Azzahra. Ia menegaskan, setelah melakukan pencarian mendalam, tidak ditemukan sama sekali berkas-berkas yang berkaitan dengan atas nama Hellyana!

“Pertama bahwa setelah kita mencari berkas-berkas yang berkaitan dengan hal itu, kepada yang bersangkutan (Ibu Hellyana), itu tidak ditemukan sama sekali,” tegas Dr. Sulhan, menguatkan dugaan bahwa ijazah yang digunakan Wagub Hellyana tak pernah ditandatangani rektor dan tak ada jejak rekam akademisnya.

Surat dari Institut Pahlawan 12 yang dikeluarkan pada 10 Juni 2025 ini menjadi pukulan telak bagi Hellyana yang mungkin telah mempersiapkan diri dengan matang untuk melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi.

Plt. Direktur Pascasarjana Institut Pahlawan 12, Dr. Yan Megawandi, M.Si, saat dihubungi awak media hingga berita ini diturunkan belum memberikan klarifikasi terkait surat yang dikeluarkan.

Sementara itu, dari pihak kampus Institut Pahlawan 12 melalui Wakil Rektor bidang akademik Ferdiana hanya menjawab,

“Terkait tentang ibu Hellyana yang berwenang langsung untuk menjawab adalah direktur pasca sarjana Pak Yan Megawandi. Jadi mungkin bisa langsung ke beliau ya agar informasinya lebih valid.”sebutnya.(Yuko)
