PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) Beliadi menyampaikan kekecewaannya terkait keterlambatan pencairan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk sekolah swasta di Babel.
Menurutnya, dana tersebut sangat vital untuk menunjang operasional sekolah, termasuk pembayaran gaji para guru.
“Saya menyesalkan adanya laporan bahwa dana BOS sekolah swasta belum cair.
Ini menyangkut hak orang.
Informasi dari Dinas Pendidikan dana tersebut sudah diajukan sebelum lebaran, tetapi dari Badan Keuangan Daerah (Bakuda) pejabat yang berwenang sedang dinas luar serta katanya kasnya kosong.
Ini kan kegiatan rutin, harusnya Bakuda bisa mengantisipasi sejak dini,” tegas Beliadi, Senin (08/4/2025).
Ia bahkan mengusulkan agar Gubernur Bangka Belitung terpilih nantinya melakukan evaluasi total terhadap kinerja Bakuda.
“Saya mengusulkan kepada Gubernur terpilih agar Bakuda ini dievaluasi total,” tambahnya.
Hal senada juga disampaikan Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Babel, Heryawandi.
Ia mengaku terkejut setelah mendapatkan informasi terkait keterlambatan pencairan dana BOS tersebut.
“Saya baru tahu hari ini. Dana BOS ini penting untuk keberlangsungan sekolah swasta.
Pendidikan swasta juga berperan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, jadi tidak bisa diabaikan,” ujarnya.
DPRD Babel berharap permasalahan ini dapat segera diselesaikan dan pencairan dana BOS dapat dilakukan dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama, demi menjaga kelangsungan proses belajar-mengajar di sekolah-sekolah swasta.(Yuko)
