PANGKAL PINANG,PERKARANEWS – Pj Walikota Pangkalpinang M Unu Ibnudin menghadiri acara pengarahan dan penyerahan bantuan kepada Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI ) non prosedural dari Myanmar.
M Unu Ibnudin merespon terkait pemulangan korban TPPO asal Pangkalpinang dan meminta dinas ketenagakerja Pangkalpinang untuk mempersiapkan berkas dan syarat kerja secara formal.
“Kita sebetulnya yang paling utama mempersiapkan teman-teman yang baru pulang dari Myanmar ini, dengan bahasa yang lebih bagus PMI mereka (kobran TPPO Red) ini kan pekerja ilegal” ujar M Unu, Kamis (27/3/2025) diruang OR Kantor Walikota Pangkalpinang.
“Kami pemerintah khususnya Dinas Ketenagakerja Kota Pangkalpinang meminta untuk mempersiapkan berkas formal dan memberikan pembekalan serta keterampilan dan keahlian” tambahnya.
M Unu Ibnudin juga berharap mereka (red) ini bisa menjadi pencipta pekerjaan, sehingga bisa mengajak teman-teman yang lainya bekerja.
“Dan kedepannya nanti saya meminta mereka untuk tidak mengulanginya lagi, ini kan sebanyak 49 orang ini bisa kembali dengan selamat ini kan berkat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa” ujarnya.
Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang juga terus mengupayakan dan bertanggung jawab atas lapangan pekerjaan dan mempersiapkan keterampilan untuk anak muda dengan umur produktif.(ADV)
