Polman Negeri Babel Terima Kunjungan DKP Bangka Tengah untuk Perkuat Sinergi Bidang Perikanan

BANGKA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) kembali menerima kunjungan penting, kali ini dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bangka, Jumat (17/10/2025). Kunjungan ini menjadi langkah awal untuk menjajaki kolaborasi strategis di bidang pendidikan dan riset, khususnya terkait pengembangan sektor perikanan berbasis teknologi.

 

Rombongan dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan disambut langsung oleh Direktur Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., beserta jajaran pimpinan dan perwakilan dosen di ruang pertemuan utama kampus. Suasana hangat dan penuh antusias terlihat sepanjang pertemuan berlangsung.

Dalam sambutannya, Direktur Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, menyampaikan mendukung dan rasa terima kasih atas kunjungan yang dilakukan oleh pihak Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bangka. Ia menilai kunjungan tersebut sebagai langkah positif dalam mempererat sinergi antara dunia pendidikan dan pemerintah daerah,” imbuhnya.

 

Lebih lanjut, I Made menambahkan bahwa Polman Babel memiliki berbagai sumber daya dan fasilitas yang dapat mendukung pengembangan teknologi di bidang perikanan. dalam berkontribusi melalui pengembangan teknologi, pelatihan SDM, dan penelitian terapan.

 

“Kerja sama ini bisa menjadi langkah positif dalam menciptakan solusi inovatif untuk sektor perikanan dan kelautan di Bangka Belitung,” ucapnya.

 

Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bangka, Imam Soehadi mengungkapkan kekagumannya terhadap fasilitas dan teknologi yang dimiliki Polman Babel, kampus ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung kemajuan sektor perikanan melalui penerapan teknologi modern,” terangnya.

 

Bahkan, Polman Babel sangat mumpuni, terutama dalam bidang teknologi akuakultur, sarana-prasarana, dan penanganan pakan serta benih ikan. Ini menjadi peluang besar untuk bekerja sama,” ungkapnya.

 

Selain itu, Imam menjelaskan pihaknya tengah menyiapkan rencana riset hilirisasi berbasis teknologi yang akan melibatkan Polman Babel sebagai mitra utama. Program ini nantinya diharapkan dapat melahirkan inovasi baru dalam pengembangan klaster budidaya ikan terpadu di wilayah Bangka.

 

“Telah mempersiapkan penyusunan perencanaan anggaran hingga pengembangan inovasi sektor perikanan,” pungkasnya.

 

Pertemuan diakhiri dengan sesi foto bersama dan kunjungan lapangan ke beberapa laboratorium teknologi di Polman Babel. Kunjungan ini menjadi awal yang menjanjikan bagi kolaborasi inovatif antara dunia pendidikan vokasi dan sektor kelautan di Bangka Belitung. (Adv/Red5)
