PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) akan segera merealisasikan rencana pembangunan Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Stroke di Negeri Serumpun Sebalai dalam waktu dekat.
Hal itu disampaikan Gubernur Kepulauan Babel, Hidayat Arsani, dalam sambutannya saat menghadiri sekaligus membuka Seminar tentang Kesiapan Rumah Sakit di Babel, Dalam Rangka Menghadapi Berbagai Macam Perubahan Regulasi, di gedung Mahligai Rumah Dinas Gubernur Babel, Sabtu (13/9/2025).
“Pemprov Kepulauan Babel di kepemimpinan saya rencananya akan membangun rumah sakit jantung dan stroke. InsyaAllah, dalam waktu dekat akan kita realisasikan,” ungkap Gubernur Hidayat.
Gubernur Hidayat berharap, kehadiran rumah sakit tersebut nantinya, mampu menjawab kebutuhan layanan kesehatan khusus di Babel, agar masyarakat tidak perlu lagi berobat ke luar daerah.
“Semoga melalui pembangunan rumah sakit itu nantinya, akan semakin memperkuat infrastruktur layanan kesehatan, sekaligus mendukung transformasi bidang kesehatan yang saat ini menjadi prioritas nasional,” harapnya.
Sebelumnya, Pemprov Kepulauan Babel sudah mencanangkan sejumlah lokasi alternatif untuk pembangunan rumah sakit jantung dan stroke di Negeri Serumpun Sebalai.
Salah satu lokasi yang dinilai ideal, yakni di sekitar kawasan GOR Sahabudin.
Untuk diketahui, saat ini Pemprov Kepulauan Babel juga telah mengajukan anggaran belanja untuk _feasibility study_ (studi kelayakan), sebagai langkah lanjutan dari progres rencana pembangunan rumah sakit tersebut.(Yuko)
