“Saya membuat semprong dengan resep turun menurun, menghadirkan rasa yang masih original. Karena kue semprong ini kan termasuk kue jadul tapi sebenarnya peminatnya sangat banyak dan dari berbagai kalangan,” katanya beberapa waktu lalu.
Meski demikian, Tina tetap berinovasi mengembangkan berbagai produk semprong dengan mengganti bahan bakunya. Hal ini sebagai jawaban atas permintaan konsumen yang mulai beralih ke gluteen free.
Tina menghadirkan produk semprong mocaf singkong, talas dan ubi jalar. Produk-produk ini juga tak kalah diminati masyarakat bahkan sudah memiliki pelanggan tetap.
Selain semprong, dirinya juga memproduksi berbagai kue jadul lainnya seperti kue satu, semprit, kue papan nanas, kue soda, dodol, kacang minyak, baulu jadul, keripik kangkung, keripik singkong dan berbagai produk lainnya.
Selain itu, dirinya juga menghadirkan bentuk semprong yang tidak hanya bulat tapi juga segitiga.
Produk Tinafam kini telah menembus retail modern di Bangka Tengah, dipasarkan di toko oleh-oleh di Bangka dan Yogyakarta, TINS Gallery dan lainnya.
“Produk saya semakin dikenal setelah dipasarkan di TINS Gallery setelah jadi mitra binaan, dari situ banyak yang telpon saya mau pesan. Lalu produk saya mulai dikenal,” katanya.
Selain itu, kata Tina dirinya juga kerap diajak pameran tingkat lokal maupun nasional untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya. Hal ini menjadi kesempatan baginya untuk bisa memperluas pemasaran.
“Alhamdulillah dengan dukungan PT Timah usaha saya semakin berkembang dan omsetnya sangat lumayan. Pada momen hari raya kami bahkan memproduksi hampir 1 ton dan tenaga kerja juga ditambah,” ceritanya.
