PANGKALPINANG GEMPAR! Pengusaha Ngaku Ditipu SPK Palsu Telkom, Nama Tommy Permana Terseret Ratusan Juta!

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Dunia bisnis Bangka Tengah kembali diguncang kabar tak sedap. Seorang pengusaha bernama AD secara eksklusif kepada media kami, blak-blakan menuding Nurmansyah Astomy Permana, atau yang akrab disapa Tommy Permana, terlibat dalam dugaan pemalsuan Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK) fiktif dari PT Telkom. Modusnya? Untuk meminjam uang proyek hingga ratusan juta rupiah!

Menurut penuturan AD, Tommy Permana diduga nekat memalsukan SPK PT Telkom lengkap dengan tanda tangan dan cap basah perusahaan BUMN tersebut.

“Dia bikin SPK palsu, ada tanda tangan dan cap basahnya,” ungkap AD dengan nada kesal. Demi proyek fiktif ini, AD mengaku telah mengucurkan dana sebesar Rp220 juta, dengan rincian Rp200 juta tunai dan Rp20 juta ditransfer via BCA. “Total 220 juta, sisa 85 juta (belum dikembalikan),” tegas AD, menunjukkan kerugian yang ia derita.

Tak tinggal diam, AD rupanya telah melaporkan kasus ini ke Polresta Pangkalpinang. Namun, hingga detik ini, laporan tersebut belum dicabut dan nasibnya masih jadi tanda tanya besar.

“Saya sudah laporkan ke Polresta Pangkalpinang, tapi sampai sekarang belum ada kejelasan,” keluh AD.

Kerugian akibat ulah Tommy Permana yang menjaminkan SPK palsu berstempel basah PT Telkom ini jelas-jelas membuat Andi merasa sangat dirugikan.

AD berharap besar agar kasus yang dilaporkannya di Polres Pangkalpinang bisa segera menemui titik terang. Ia mempertanyakan kelanjutan penyelidikan, mengingat hingga saat ini belum ada kabar baik mengenai tindak lanjut atas laporannya terkait dugaan SPK palsu yang menyeret nama staf Pangkalpinang.

Apakah kasus ini akan menjadi preseden buruk bagi iklim investasi di Bangka Belitung, ataukah penegak hukum akan segera bertindak tegas? Publik menanti!.(Yuko)
