Komisioner KPU Babel Divi Sosialisasi, Pendidikan Pemili, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan SDM mengatakan kegiatan Debat Publik pertama ini akan menghadirkan Dr. Darol Arkop Rekor Institus Pahlawan 12 Babel, Prof. Zayadi Guru Besar IAIN Babel, DR. Irawan Rektor IAIN Babel, DR. Iskandar M.Hum Dekan IAIN SAS Babel, DR. Iskandar Zulkarnain Dekan FISIP UBB, DR. Dwi Haryadi Dosen Fakultas Hukum UBB, Ilakbar Dosen di Bandung.

“Adapun sub tema peningkatan Masyarakat kesejahteraan yang didalamnya ada Pendidikan, Kesehatan dan Sosial Budaya,” jelasnya
“Sub tema kedua Penguatan Demokrasi Lokal yang didalamnya kesetaraan karena kita kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan pulau-pulau lainnya dan yang ketiga tata kelola pemerintahan reformasi birokrasi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat,”papar Deni
