Hadiri Rakor dan Monitoring Interaksi dan Pemanfaat Simpegnas, Juhaini Sampaikan ini

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Sekretaris Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang, Mie Go didampingi Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan mengikuti rapat koordinasi dan monitoring integrasi dan pemanfaatan Sistem Kepegawaian Nasional (Simpegnas), Jumat (12/7/2024) di Smart Room Center Kantor Walikota Pangkalpinang.

Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan, Juhaini, mewakili Sekda, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini dalam rangka mendorong percepatan implementasi pemanfaatan Simpegnas yang dibangun oleh Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN).

Terutama bagi Kota Pangkalpinang terkait presensi agar lebih terdata, update, dan sesuai dengan jam kehadiran pegawai dapat terpantau dengan baik.

“Jadi memang arahan dari BKD pusat bahwa daerah untuk agar memanfaatkan simpegnas ini menjadi suatu sistem yang bisa digunakan di daerah,” ujarnya sesuai rakor dan monitoring.

Sekadar informasi, Simpegnas merupakan aplikasi umum berbagi pakai nasional bidang kepegawaian. Aplikasi Simpegnas berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan layanan pada SIASN dalam hal manajemen ASN seperti layanan perencanaan kepegawaian, pengadaan ASN, KP, pemberhentian, peremajaan data, pindah instansi, status dan kedudukan, dashboard dan monitoring ,serta layanan referensi.

Kata Juhaini, Simpegnas telah diimplementasikan oleh pemerintah kota mulai dari Januari 2024. Namun dalam perjalannya sering ditemukan kendala sistem.

“Cuma dalam perjalanannya ketika kita mengakses atau menggunakan itu karena dalam tahapan proses pengembangan sering down sehingga ke depan ini akan dilakukan penyempurnaan-penyempurnaan,” paparnya.

Juhaini berharap dengan adanya Simpegnas ini penataan informasi kepegawaian akan lebih baik, transparan, up to date, dan terpercaya ke depan.(Yuko)
