Hal ini membuat kasus Memindahkan/ Merusak/ Menghilangkan Tiang Tapal Batas Titik Nol Kilometer Pulau Bangka dipastikan akan masuk kedalam ranah hukum yang berlaku tentang perlindungan cagar budaya dengan telah terdaftarnya patok Titik Nol KM tersebut.

Keangkuhan mantan Kepala BPJN Bangka Belitung, Dadi Murad dan kepala Satker PJN Wilayah 2 Babel, Ferry Sutimarjaya. Tentang Patok Titik Nol KM ini akan berujung berurusan dengan pihak berwajib dikarenakan sudah dipastikan tiang tapal batas Titik Nol KM adalah situs Objek Diduga Cagar Budaya (ODCB).

Dadi juga menegaskan bahwa patok beton tersebut akan dipasang dengan yang sama persis dengan aslinya dan masih ada tanahnya saat mengakhiri sambungan panggilan oleh wartawan tim AWAM Babel.

“Nanti akan kita gantikan dengan yang sama persis dengan aslinya dan masih ada tanahnya, walaupun bukan yang aslinya,” tegasnya.

Hal ini akan menambah permasalahan yang ada mengingat tiang tapal batas Titik Nol KM tersebut sudah terdaftar di Dapobud Kemendikbudristek RI.
