Kapolsek Simpang Teritip IPDA Rendy Kurniawan Basuki menjelaskan pada hari jumat tanggal 19 Mei 2023 sekira pukul 22.00 Wib anggota Polsek Simpang Teritip bersama anggota Satbrimobda polda Babel yang melakukan pengamanan di PT. LWI Ledong Selatan Dusun Menggiang Desa berang Kec. Simpang Teritip Kab. Bangka Barat mengamankan JA (42) warga Dusun Rumpis RT/RW 001/003 Desa Berang Kec. Simpang Teritip Kab. Bangka Barat, Selasa (23/5/2023).
“Anggota gabungan melaksanakan patroli di lahan perkebunan sawit PT. LWI Ledong Selatan dan di saat melaksanakan giat patroli di blok x09/X10 ada orang yang tidak di kenal di lakukan melakukan pencurian buah sawit di lahan tersebut, maka tim tersebut melakukan pengajaran terhadap orang tersebut, namun di saat di lakukan pengejaran dan berhasil mengamankan JA” ujar Kapolsek.

“Dan kemudian pelaku dan barang bukti di bawa ke Polsek Simpang Teritip dan dilakukan introgasi dan pengembangan kembali di dapatkan kembali informasi bahwa JA melakukan pencurian tersebut dengan berkoordinasi dengan Security PT. LWI bernama MU,” jelas Kapolsek.
Bersama-sama melakukan pencurian buah sawit tersebut dan membagi-bagikan hasil penjualan buah sawit yang sudah berhasil di jual. Dan JA telah mengakui telah melakukan pencurian di lahan perkebunan tersbut sudah berulang sebanyak 8 kali dari bulan Januari 2023.
“Kini untuk keempat pelaku tersebut sudah diamankan di kantor satreskrim polres kotawaringin barat dan untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya kami akan menjerat pelaku dengan pasal 363 Ayat ( 1 ) Ke-4 Jo Pasal 64 Kuhpidana” tutup Kapolsek. (R5/RLS)
