PANGKALPINANG,Perkaranews.com– Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), memusnahkan barang bukti Narkotika jenis Ganja sebanyak 15,7 kilogram, Selasa (31/1/23).
Kepal BNN Provinsi Babel, Brigjen M.Z Muttaqien dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, barang bukti ganja tersebut didapatkan dari seorang kurir berinisial MR (41) yang menyelundupkan ganja melalui jalur laut, yang berhasil ditangkap pada 18 November 2021 lalu.
“Tim gabungan berhasil mengungkap kasus peredaran Narkotika, Ganja tersebut di bawa pelaku MR melalui jalur laut dari perairan Sungsang Sumatera Selatan menuju Tanjung Kalian Mentok,” ujar Brigjen Muttaqien kepada awak media.
Lanjutnya, pelaku MR merupakan warga Ampui, Kecamatan Taman Sari Kota Pangkalpinang. MR merupakan kurir Narkoba lintas Sumatera dan barang haram Ganja tersebut berasal dari Aceh.
“Jadi, selain 14 paket ganja seberat 15,7 kilogram yang diduga berasal dari Aceh, barang bukti lainnya yang ikut diamankan dari MR yakni satu buah Handphone, satu buah tas berwarna biru tua dan uang tunai,” jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut ia menambahkan, terungkapnya peredaran gelap barang haram tersebut, setidaknya kita telah menyelamatkan 423.798 orang dari penyalahgunaan Narkotika dan hari ini barang bukti tersebut akan kita musnahkan semua.
“Kalau barang buktinya hari ini kita musnahkan semua dengan cara di bakar, kalau untuk nilai barang bukti sendiri sekitar 175 juta, dan pelaku MR dijanjikan diberikan imbalan dp Rp. 7 juta, sisanya setelah barang tersebut sampai tujuan,” pungkasnya.
Pelaku dijerat UU Narkotika Pasal 114 ayat 2 subsider Pasal 112 ayat 2 dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara.(Yuko)
