Nama Satgas Halilintar Kembali Dicatut: Oknum Tak Dikenal Intimidasi Pemilik Gudang Lada di Pangkal Balam

PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Praktik pencatutan nama kesatuan kembali terjadi di wilayah hukum Bangka Belitung. Meski secara resmi telah dinyatakan bubar, nama besar Satgas Halilintar diduga kuat masih disalahgunakan oleh oknum tidak bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan tindakan intimidasi dan menakut-nakuti masyarakat demi kepentingan tertentu.

 

Peristiwa teranyar menimpa sebuah gudang penyimpanan komoditas lada (sahang) milik warga bernama Bapak Sao, yang berlokasi di Pangkal Balam. Berdasarkan rekaman CCTV dan keterangan saksi di lokasi, sebuah mobil berwarna hitam dan merah yang membawa sekelompok orang berpakaian preman mendatangi gudang tersebut secara tiba-tiba.

Salah satu dari oknum tersebut terlihat mengenakan atribut bertuliskan PT Timah. Mereka mencoba menerobos masuk ke dalam area privat tanpa mengantongi dasar hukum atau surat tugas yang jelas.

 

“Mereka datang dengan gaya preman dan mengaku sebagai Satgas Halilintar. Nada bicara mereka sangat intimidasi dengan logat Jawa yang kental. Mereka bahkan memaksa meminta identitas (KTP) saya dan memfotonya,” ujar A, penjaga gudang yang menjadi saksi kunci sekaligus korban intimidasi.

 

Menanggapi insiden ini, penting untuk ditegaskan kembali bahwa Satgas Halilintar sudah resmi dibubarkan. Berdasarkan publikasi sebelumnya dari Tim SMSI (Serikat Media Siber Indonesia) Bangka, saat ini hanya ada tiga Satgas resmi yang beroperasi di wilayah Bangka Belitung, yaitu:

 

• Satgas Trisakti

• Satgas Trisula

• Satgas PKH

 

Di luar ketiga nama tersebut, segala bentuk aktivitas yang mengatasnamakan “Satgas” patut dipertanyakan legalitasnya.

 

Tindakan oknum yang mengaku sebagai Satgas Halilintar di gudang milik Bapak Sao merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum yang didasarkan pada tuduhan tanpa fakta dan data (asumsi sepihak).

 

Secara yuridis, tindakan para oknum tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai. Menggunakan nada intimidasi dan ancaman. Pengambilan foto identitas tanpa hak dan dasar hukum. Menggunakan nama Satgas yang sudah dibubarkan untuk mengelabui warga.

 

Masyarakat dihimbau untuk tetap waspada dan berani mempertanyakan surat perintah tugas (SPT) resmi apabila didatangi oleh pihak-pihak yang mengaku sebagai Satgas. Jika ditemukan kejanggalan, warga disarankan segera melaporkan hal tersebut kepada pihak berwajib agar stabilitas keamanan di Pangkalpinang tetap terjaga. (Yuko)
