JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Sidang lanjutan perkara dugaan korupsi dengan modus kegiatan fiktif dari sanggar, serta pembuatan surat pertanggungjawaban (SPJ) fiktif, Sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian negara lebih dari Rp 36 miliar berdasarkan nilai kegiatan dalam dokumen anggaran APBD Tahun 2022-2024. Dengan terdakwa Mantan Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta, Iwan Henry Wardhana bersama dua orang lainnya, yaitu eks Kabid Pemanfaatan M Fairza Maulana dan pihak swasta berinisial Gatot Arif Rahmadi pemilik Even Organizer (EO) Booth Produksi (GR PRO), di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (31/7/2025).
JPU menghadirkan enam orang saksi baik dari vendor EO, mantan karyawan EO (GR Pro) dan freelance kegiatan. Para saksi adalah :

4. Laras Nurbaiti Azizah
5. Ilma Nofiandi

Ezar Ibrahim selaku Penasehat Hukum (PH) dari Terdakwa Iwan Henry Wardhana mengungkapkan dari keterangan para saksi dan bukti yang ditunjukkan JPU di depan Majelis Hakim, terungkap bahwa bukti tersebut bukan hanya dari Dinas Kebudayaan saja, melainkan dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Sudin (Suku Dinas) lain.
“Ada bukti dari Sudin dan juga dari Dinas Pariwisata. Semua bukti transfer pengembalian menuju ke rekening Gatot Arif,” kata Ezar.
Ezar juga menerangkan bahwa dari keterangan para saksi, terungkap bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut Sebagian memang ada yang benar-benar terselenggara, namun ada juga yang fiktif.
“Ada juga kegiatan yang terselenggara, namun ada juga yang fiktif, termasuk dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Sudin-sudin, tidak semua dari Dinas Kebudayaan,” terang Ezar.
“Kita akan pilah dulu, mana yang disebut JPU kerugian dari Dinas Kebuayaan dan dari dinas lain. Nanti dari angka realnya, baru kita mitigasi,” tambahnya.
Lebih lanjut Ezar juga menerangkan, terkait legalitas dari Event Organizer GR Pro.
“Ternyata GR Pro tidak memiliki badan hukum, sehingga meminjam perusahaan lain. Nanti akan terungkap setelah adanya pemeriksaan saksi dari PPK (Pejabat Pembuat Kebijakan), benar dan sesuai aturan atau tidak,” jelas Ezar.
Menurut Ezar, pihaknya sangat menantikan kehadiran saksi dari pihak GR Pro, yang disebut sebagai tim pembuat SPJ dan berhubungan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan.
“Staff GR Pro yang selama ini keterangannya mengutip uang-uang yang dikembailkan atas perintah dia semua ke rekening Gatot Arif selaku owner, berarti GR Pro tidak memiliki rekening Perusahaan dong, tetapi ke rekening pribadi,” tukas Ezar. (Yuko)
