Bangun Jaya, Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Kota Pangkalpinang, dengan tegas menyatakan Molen dan Zeki adalah dua putra terbaik Pangkalpinang.
“Mereka dulunya kader PDI dan Demokrat, namun ditinggalkan dan dikhianati oleh partai mereka sendiri,” ujar Bangun Jaya, menyiratkan keprihatinan yang mendalam.
Apa yang dialami Molen dan Zeki, menurut Bangun Jaya, seolah cerminan sejarah sang Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra, Prabowo Subianto.
“Pak Prabowo pun pernah terbuang, terasing, dan dijauhi oleh keluarga serta elit politik pada masa perjuangan awal Gerindra,” kenang Bangun Jaya, menarik benang merah kesamaan nasib yang menggugah.
Dengan semangat tulus ikhlas dan membuktikan bahwa persahabatan sejati itu masih ada di kancah politik, Bangun Jaya dengan bangga mengulurkan tangan. Tak tanggung-tanggung, ia secara terbuka mendeklarasikan dukungan penuh Gerindra untuk pasangan Molen-Zeki sebagai
“sebuah harapan untuk Kota Pangkalpinang dalam sebuah Harmoni Pilkada Ulang di Kota Pangkalpinang 2025,”tandasnya
Bangun Jaya berharap, langkah ini akan membentuk etika politik yang lebih baik, menunjukkan bahwa “persahabatan politik sejati itu masih ada”. Gerindra siap berjuang bersama, tulus ikhlas, dalam harmonisasi memenangkan Pilkada Ulang Pangkalpinang.
Ironisnya, para pembenci yang dulunya mencaci maki Molen di masa jayanya, kini dikabarkan merapat dalam satu padu harmonisasi untuk membangun Kota Pangkalpinang.
Masyarakat pun memiliki keyakinan kuat bahwa Molen masih layak memimpin Pangkalpinang menjadi lebih baik. Ingatan akan masa kejayaan Pangkalpinang sebagai “kota beribu senyuman” di bawah kepemimpinan Molen masih membekas, meski “ribuan senyuman itu kini pergi meninggalkan mereka”.
Namun, dengan optimisme penuh, Bangun Jaya yakin bahwa Molen-Zeki dapat menjadi “sebuah Harmoni untuk Harapan Baru Kota Pangkalpinang yang lebih baik lagi”.
