Warga Lontong Pancur Pertanyakan Izin Gudang Milik Hermanto, Diduga Langgar RTRW

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Warga Jalan Kerisi, Lontong Pancur, Kecamatan Pangkalbalam, Kota Pangkalpinang, mempertanyakan izin pendirian sebuah gudang milik pengusaha bernama Hermanto. Gudang tersebut diduga melanggar Perda RTRW Kota Pangkalpinang karena berdiri di kawasan perumahan.


Keresahan warga bermula dari aktivitas keluar masuk truk dan mobil boks ke gudang yang dinilai mengganggu arus lalu lintas di jalan yang sempit tersebut. Supardi (70), seorang pensiunan PNS yang tinggal di sekitar gudang, mengungkapkan bahwa keberadaan gudang tersebut sangat mengganggu kenyamanan warga.


“Kami merasa lalu lintas di sepanjang jalan kerisi ini sedikit terganggu setelah beraktivitasnya gudang milik ko Amuk ini,” keluh Supardi.


Supardi juga mempertanyakan bagaimana bisa Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang mengeluarkan izin pembangunan dan operasional gudang tersebut, padahal peruntukan lahan tersebut adalah untuk pemukiman. Ia menduga ada “main mata” antara pemilik gudang dengan pihak yang berwenang dalam mengeluarkan izin.


“Saya sendiri bingung kok bisa gudang tersebut dibangun di wilayah pemukiman masyarakat dan dikeluarkan izinnya oleh pemerintah. Pasti ada ‘main mata’ antara pemilik gudang dengan yang mengeluarkan izinnya,” tuding Supardi.


Informasi yang dihimpun dari berbagai sumber menyebutkan bahwa pembangunan gudang ini sudah bermasalah sejak awal. Kabarnya, pemilik gudang melakukan lobi-lobi kepada pejabat terkait agar niatnya untuk mendirikan gudang dapat terlaksana.
