BANGKA TENGAH,PERKARANEWS- Dalam suasana penuh khidmat, Polres Bangka Tengah menggelar upacara kenaikan pangkat bagi 34 personelnya di halaman Mako Polres pada Selasa (31/12).
Upacara ini merupakan bentuk apresiasi Polri atas dedikasi dan prestasi yang telah ditunjukkan oleh para personel dalam menjalankan tugas.
Kenaikan pangkat yang diberikan meliputi berbagai tingkatan, mulai dari AKP hingga Bripda. Rincian lengkap kenaikan pangkat adalah sebagai berikut:
* AKP ke Kompol: 1 personel
* Iptu ke AKP: 1 personel
* Ipda ke Iptu: 2 personel
* Aipda ke Aiptu: 1 personel
* Bripka ke Aipda: 16 personel
* Brigpol ke Bripka: 1 personil
* Briptu ke Brigpol: 9 personil
* Bripda ke Briptu: 3 personil
Kapolres Bangka Tengah, AKBP Pradana Aditya Nugraha, S.H., S.I.K., dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, Kenaikan pangkat ini adalah bukti nyata bahwa kinerja dan dedikasi para personel sangat diapresiasi. Semoga kenaikan pangkat ini dapat menjadi motivasi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan menjadi contoh bagi rekan-rekan lainnya.
Kapolres juga berharap agar para personel yang naik pangkat dapat menjalankan tugas dengan lebih baik lagi dan selalu menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai Polri.
“Dengan kenaikan pangkat ini, diharapkan para personel dapat semakin profesional dan mampu memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat Bangka Tengah,” ujarnya.
