PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Terjadi Polemik penarikan lahan berujung ” Pencemaran Nama Baik Kyai Shaleh, peristiwa itu berawal dari saling mengakui atau Klaim Sebidang lahan yang berukuran 40X20 meter ( 800) m3 yang terletak di Desa Telokop Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan Provinsi Jawa Timur, Jum’at ( 30/08/24).
Lahan tersebut sebenarnya telah dikelola dan didiami oleh oleh keluarga Kyai Shaleh sudah puluhan tahun, entah kenapa tahu tahu semenjak kyai Shaleh wafat, munculah polemik dan perdebatan atas kepemilikan lahan tersebut oleh kyai Mas Ode pemilik beberapa PONPES terkenal di Kabupaten Bangkalan.
Kyai Mas Ode berani mengakui lahan tersebut miliknya, atas dasar Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) Atas nama Kyai Mas Ode, setelah melalui perdebatan dan adu argumen yang panjang akhirnya masalah ini terselesaikan dengan baik dan lahan tersebut kemudian diambil lagi oleh Kyai Mas Ode.
Namun, sewaktu ada perdebatan masalah lahan tersebut. pihak Cucu Kyai Shaleh tidak terima lantaran ada ketersinggungan dari pihak Kyai Mas Ode yang dinilai perkataan seorang pemimpin atau tokoh agama dengan bahasa memaki maki ” Kyai Shaleh itu Merampok”
“Dia itu MERAMPOK lahan aku, sudah dikasih tinggal masih juga gak tahu Diri ” ujar Kyai Mas Ode dikutip dari keterangan oknum Warga setempat yang mengetahui kejadian sebut Ahlan ( bukan nama sebenarnya) .
Dan Pihak keluarganya Kyai Shaleh dan anak-cucunya sangat tidak terima dengan perkataan Kyai Mas Ode yang sangat mencemarkan nama Baik Kakek Shaleh, ujar salah seorang cucu Kyai Shaleh pada awak Media ini.
“Pihak keluarga dan anak cucu kyai Shaleh dalam waktu dekat akan segera menempuh jalur hukum yang berlaku di Negara ini sesuai KUHPERDATA Tentang pencemaran nama NAMA BAIK dan PERBUATAN TIDAK MENYENANGKAN,” ujar Cucu Kyai Shaleh.
Barang siapa melawan hukum dengan Pencemaran nama baik pelaku bisa di jerat dengan Pasal 437 RKUHP berbunyi: “Setiap orang yang dengan lisan menyerang kehormatan atau nama baik orang lain dengan cara menuduh suatu hal tersebut diketahui umum, dipidana karena pencemaran, dengan pidana penjara paling lama sembilan bulan”
