“Perkembangan baru aturan baru harus kita sikapi dan kemudian kita harus upgrade diri tentu dengan baca dan mengikuti sosialisasi serta berdialog. Ketika Kepres nomor 80 tahun 2003 karena saya tahu pedomannya itu tahun 2000 saya PNS dan tahun 2001 saya sudah jadi panitia lelang,” ujar Mie Go.
Mie Go menceriakan, setelah itu banyak peraturan yang berubah. Ia berharap, dengan mengikuti perkembangan dan sosialisasi serta berkonsultasi dapat menambah wawasan serta pengetahuan untuk lebih mengetahui dan memahami sehingga tidak takut-takut melakukan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa.
“Kalau dulu orang mau berebut menjadi PPK dan sekarang orang berebut untuk menghindar. Ditahun 2024 nanti ada kewajiban dengan sertifikat seleksi dan PPK itu harus kompetensi dan kemudian PA merangkap PPK,” imbuh Mie Go.
Prinsipnya, tambah Mie Go, antara PA dan PPK serta semua pelaku pengadaan barang dan jasa harus kompak serta jangan saling melempar tanggungjawab apalagi ada niat untuk menjebak.
“Minta tolong kita satu badan yaitu Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang, jangan ada rasa iri dengki dan menghalalkan segara cara untuk menjatuhkan, sudah tidak jaman lagi seperti itu,” terangnya. (Yuko)
