Masyarakat PGK Pertanyakan Tupoksi Pol.PP, DPRD Segera Panggil Kasatpol PP

PANGKALPINANG– PERKARA NEWS , Eksekusi rumah mantan karyawan PT.Timah baru-baru ini menyisakan banyak pertanyaan dikalangan masyarakat Pangkalpinang.

Seorang warga Pangkalpinang Endi (44) yang menyaksikan saat terjadinya eksekusi rumah milik mantan karyawan PT.Timah oleh Pihak PT.Timah didampingi aparat penegak hukum dan Pol.PP Kota Pangkalpinang menuturkan bahwa saat dilakukan penertiban, Tim penertiban menurut Endi sama sekali tidak menerapkan Protokol kesehatan covid-19.

Selain itu Hendi juga mempertanyakan kehadiran anggota Satpol.PP Kota Pangkalpinang di Lokasi, dituturkan Endi isi Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah mengatur bahwa Satpol PP dibentuk untuk menegakkan Perda dan Perkada, menyelenggarakan ketertiban umum dan ketenteraman serta menyelenggarakan perlindungan masyarakat.

Pol PP adalah anggota Satpol PP sebagai aparat Pemerintah Daerah yang diduduki oleh pegawai negeri sipil dan diberi tugas, tanggung jawab, dan wewenang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dalam penegakan Peraturan Daerah dan Peraturan Kepala Daerah.

Endi sangat berterima kasih kepada wakil Rakyat setelah membaca berita sebelumnya bahwa DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang melalui Komisi I yang segera akan memanggil Kasatpol PP Kota pangkalpinang untuk diminta klarifikasinya terkait kehadiran Anggota Satpol PP Kota Pangkalpinang dalam eksekusi rumah mantan karyawan timah pada 18/11/2020 dan lahan milik PT. Krama Yudha.

” Dengan pemberitaan sebelumnya bahwa Komisi I DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang akan segera memanggil Kasatpol PP Kota Pangkalpinang untuk diminta Klarifikasinya, kami warga Pangkalpinang sangat bersyukur jika aspirasi kami didengarkan oleh wakil rakyat di DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang dan kami tunggu hasil klarifikasinya”,harap Endi.

Terpisah Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang saat dihubungi awak media senin 23/11/2020 menyebutkan bahwa pihaknya akan melakukan pemanggilan kepada Kasatpol PP Kota Pangkalpinang pada hari kamis 26/11/2020.

” Kami akan melakukan Pemanggilan kepada Kasatpol PP.Kota Pangkalpinang hari kamis nanti, hasil klarifikasinya akan kami kabarkan ke wartawan, agar tidak ada yang ditutupi dan masyarakatpun mengetahui”, ujar Ketua Komisi 1 DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang Dr. Zufriady, S.E, M.M .

Masyarakat Pangkalpinang menunggu hasil klarifikasi Kasatpol PP yang dinilai keberadaannya tidak pada tempatnya.(rd1)
